Learning Linux

Hey all

I'm gonna start to learn Linux by my self, i have some knohow in it but i know NOTHING!

What books can you guys recomend for people who are self learning linux?

Any books that are easy to follow , DIY examples and so fourth...

i got ubuntu at my workplace, i never use linux before, but that one is quite good, just like windows, except i have no idea what makes linux much better than windows....and i called myself programmer...
