Problems with Opera

I need some help. I don't know jack shit about Opera and its cache is nagging me. Opera keeps bringing me back to its cached pages of 4chan since I visit and revisit some pages. I tried turning off disk and memory cache and it is not doing crap. Any advice? Don't say Firefox

Preferences->Advanced->History->Check Documents = Always

BTW, is 4chan not setting cache-control, expires, or the ilk? I never have this problem with other sites.
