Portable digital audio recorder

The internet has failed me in my quest for a portable digital audio recorder for basic on-the-go sampling purposes. All the devices i found within a decent price range had integrated mic's and used wma (or, at best, 16 kHz wav).
It needs:
-mic in (jack or minijack)
-ability to export the audio files to a computer
-quality recording format (44 kHz wav would be nice)
Sub 150$ would be nice.

The only thing I can think of right off the bat is the boss sp-303. It seems to fit your needs and you can probably find it used for about $150

It's a little more than just a digital audio recorder, but you could try the mobiBlu dah-1500i

It's a tiny little cube, but it does come with its own mic and can export. As for quality, it said:RECORDING TIME 520Min Voice Recording(256MB, 64Kbps Recording Mode)
