Large display device required

Hey all...

What would be a suitable display device to show an audience of around 300 people a 1 hour presentation? I'm not sure what's good and bad these days in the world of displays/projectors etc, but thought some of you might have an idea what to go for.

As I said, around 300 people will be watching... the closest people will be about 5m from the screen, and the furthest, about 25m, so I'm not sure what kind of angle those at the sides will be viewing at...

Any idea what to go for?

I like to stand up on the podium, unzip, and display away with the original show off equipment GOD provided us with.  Not sure if I could go on for a whole hour, though, actually...
