digicams

Which digicam in the 200-350 range is good for shooting in the dark? I've only owned webcams up until now and they look so grainy in the dark, is there any digicam out there that can shoot a decent quality picture in the dark without having to use a flash?

Basically i want a cam that can take a not grainy picture with very little light.

Stop trying to hide your flaws in the dark, photoshop will reveal them anyway :(
Invest in a lamp and a cheap camera, problem solved

Look for the richest guy on the subway car with a camera.  Snatch the camera and hop out of the car when it hits a station.  I've found this to be an excellent way to get high quality cameras without having to read through annoying spec sheets.
