Is Mobiblu DAH-1500i USB 2.0 only? I read in the site that it is supposed to "support" USB 2.0, not REQUIRE it. I have a computer with (what I believe is) an USB 1.1 connection (not USB 2.0), running Windows XP SP 1.
When I plug it into my USB connection, the player "boots up", showing a screen with the symbols "READY", a computer, F5, and USB. But this screen keeps flashing, and the drive does not appear automatically under My Computer. I have "forced" detection by running Start > Control Panel > Add Hardware. When I did this, the drive was initially detected, but disappeared afterwards. Then, a window showed saying "a HI-SPEED drive was connected into a not-HI-SPEED port". The system wizards prompted to fix the problem but only said "this computer does not have a HI-SPEED port".
Anyone else had this problem? I'm trying to reach their FAQ, to no avail (always times out). I also sent them an e-mail, but doubt it'll work. Meanwhile I gotta search someone with an USB 2.0 port to plug it and see if it works.
