Recommend a good PDA with good video playback

Preferrably one that has a big screen and multimedia playback capabilities? I'm not looking for a PSP, because I want something that has the functionality of a PDA as well. Any recommendations? My budget is up to $200.

My Sony Clie is pretty good, its PEG-UX40. Its kinda old but I like it a lot. I can watch movies, listen to mp3s, and I have a very nice dictionary program on it.
