which md for recording and uploading?

looking to get a minidisc player/recorder, for live concert performances and so on.  at least 2 hours of audio without a disc change.

must have reasonable audio quality and a reasonable way to get the audio off
the disc.

does anyone have any suggestions for particular models?  i am willing to spend a few hundred dollars.
