what do i need to burn dreamcast games?the games are bigger then a standard cd so im a little lost, and their in the cdi format which is what the DC reads right?

If you download them as .iso files they're usually ready-tweaked to fit onto a CD, and usually with an appropriate boot loader to make them work without modification. If you want to do your own from genuine DC games, you could do worse than read this guide:
