Protoman ringtone

I want a ringtone of the Protoman whistle from MM3.  I looked online for one, but I didn't find one I liked.  So I went to good ol' Zophars and got the .nsf.  Now I don't have a clue what to do.

How do I:
1. Extract a tune from the nsf?
2. convert it into the right format (midi? wav?)
3. get it on my phone?

Play it in Winamp with the NSF plugin from Zophar's.

Set the output from Winamp to the Disk Writer option, which will record it as WAV.

Done.
