Yep, I still need to lose bodyfat, and I still need to gain muscle. So I expect my weight to stay the same or increase from now on, but only due to muscle gain, not fat gain.

The main thing I did in August was that I started counting calories, and soon found myself eating rarely more than 1600 calories per day. It just dropped right off. I haven't weighed this much since I was around 10. (I am 22 now)
