Just leaving for posterity that today is the first day of free agency of the 2013 NFL season. The Raiders have cut DHB and Huff, lost Wheeler and Bryant in FA. Carson Palmer seems to be going nowhere and not even with 5 first round picks the Raiders would fill their gaps. Maybe in 4 years if this is still up I'll be able to look at this and nostalgia about how much the NFL has changed.
Okay so the Raiders also lost Brandon Myers and Nessy to the Giants. No news on Palmer and so far the plan is to get the 1st overall pick and draft Johnny "Football" Manziel in the 2014 draft, the freshman that won the Heisman trophy. I wonder who the Raiders will draft this year. Sharrif Floyd? Star Leileileileilei?
