For the most part yes, my diet is very limited though and I need to branch to more lean meats and greens. My main junk food, soda, was surprisingly easy to quit after a lifetime of drinking at least 1-2 cans per day... I did not know my BMR so I googled a calculator: You have a BMR of 2116.7
So to lose fat I'm supposed to eat 500 calories less than this per day? I'm afraid I'm not a women and can't be fucked to count calories. :(
