I start the day with the internet and drinking a liter of water.
I do a set of 10-12 reps of bicep curls with 25 pound dumbbells.
I go out and warm-up by walking at a fast pace for 5-10 minutes, then I jog for 5 minutes (I can't seem to go longer without losing my breath).
I walk for a bit, and then sprint for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then go on a 15 minute walk to cool down because I'm exhausted by that point.
I return to my yard and go in and hydrate myself then back out to do various body-strength exercises, then I stretch my legs, go inside and do 1 more set of bicep curls, stretch arms, then rest.
Any improvements? I've been doing this routine for about 3 months now, and I've quit ingesting soft drinks and don't eat salty junk foods everyday like I used to.
