I've been running every other day for a month now. The standard that I set after the second week is jogging/running for 1.4 miles and walking in between when it gets too tough for me. A few days ago I started getting the feeling that I couldn't run past .5 miles... I would just start walking. It's like my body gives out and I can't run like I used to. Before I used to be able to run practically the whole thing, now I can't even make it halfway. What gives? Anyone else have this problem?
