That's right. I started to do crunches and sit-ups 7 weeks ago. The abs on both sides have grown a bit and can be distinguished already. But the abs on my right side are bigger. I think it's because I have a skoliosis (my spine is bent a bit to the right).
Does anyone know if it's possible to isolate one side of the abs, so I can train them harder? I'm still a skinny virgin nerd and nobody will probably ever see my abs (so it doesn't really matter), but I still would like to have at least SOMEWHAT symmetric abs. Please help, how do I isolate one side? What ab exercsise should I do?
