Does anyone have good tips for improving my endurance and training the legs and abdominal muscles? (other than running)
Or some sports which helps me to improve?

I'm doing that everyday to college... doesn't help that much...
also I may like men, but I'm not a fag...
to improve endurance and train legs, without running.
you need sports that require quick direction changes
and require some running (can't avoid that).
Play sports like:
Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, ect...

Go into the gheto and place your bike somewhere and go and hide. Wait for a nigger to come and steal it then chase him down and beat him to a pulp. The chasing the nigger while help your legs and the beating will work your arms.
