My roomie and I are looking into finding an indoor pool location with a gym that either opens early or is open 24/7.
We plan on going 3-4 times a week and swimming laps for 30-60 mins on those days and eventually adding in 15-30 min weight lifting in every other swim.
Your opinions or experinces on similiar routines? Know of any fitness center chains that may accomadate?
