I do not have huge muscles. Even when working out. Should I give up my dream of being the ultimate fighter who can beat up anyone, or should I focus on speed rather than strength? Can a featherweight defeat a heavyweight through skill and speed alone, or does the extra muscle weight mean they can fight just as fast but with more power? To put it another way, if you could play fighting games using only Sakura, would it be worth it?

Actually strength training can make you faster if you do it correctly. Don't totally stop weight training, that would be awful for you. You really want to train both your speed and your strength.

just keep in mind that speed is a function of your muscle strength to weight ratio as well as practice, and that power (force) is a function of your speed and weight. soo its all up to you =p

I had a ten pound weight strapped to my arm and could feel the awesome force as I threw a punch. What if someone naturally had ten extra pounds of arm muscle, wouldn't the force be enough to kill some speedy weakling?

I don't know about killing... it depends I guess, people are pretty durable.

I mean... beat up in a fight. Five lbs of muscle vs ten lbs or twenty lbs.
