SJIS Art fonts

Is http://monafont.sourceforge.net/index-e.html the latest font that everyone is using? Or has the whole SJIS art scene moved on to IPAmonafont, or are they the same thing as far as viewing art goes?

They're the same thing, but IPAmonafont is just newer, and might be under a better license.

I just installed IPA monafont.

In Opera there is NO difference. In Firefox IPA monafont looks fucking HORRIBLE. Tablecat's face looks super deformed.

I don't know why this is so. For the record, I compared monafont with IPA mona pgothic, which is the font that has priority over regular monfont in the CSS of this board.
