/sjis/ - Help VIPPERS

Hello SJIS fans

I need to program my HTML page to display SJIS fonts for J_Shift art. But I do not know how. I have tried the usual meta charsets and font face, but the page still only shows "???" characters.

Here is what I have done:

What am I doing wrong :(

Find out what the font is here, then use the simple font layout on your site.
