noob wanting to lurk moar

Is there are certain encoding style I have to set  my browser for to properly view SJIS art? Yes, I tried changing Opera to Japanes->Shift-JIS, but that just changes all the characters.

Or does this happen when people don't space properly?

On windows: Start->Control Panel->Region & Language Options->Languages->Install Files for East Asian languages (Check this).

Insert XP CD, restart, ????, PROFIT!

I could have swore I did that already, but opening it up, it was unchecked. I'll see if that fixes it.
