I saw some guys talking about cleartype for Japanese fonts. Does it exist? Is it any good? Please post info!

Large Japanese fonts (like the front page of this board) are anti-aliased with xft2 on Linux...
It makes SJIS art look nasty, I wouldn't recommend it.
