Which double transplant combination is best?

For a double transplant, which combination would be best?

Well if its a question of immune destruction consequences, liver and intestine are at least regenerative. 

If it is a question of which would have a mechanism to compensate from the reduced function of the transplanted organ.....probably lung and intestine, because the other combinations have mechanisms which compensate for the other, and reduced capacity of both at the same time would have serious consequences.
