It is actually possible to estimate, y'know. We just have to know the average height of the typical U.S soldier and Middle Eastern man (if you think it's relevant, you can add children and women too), the number of deaths in each group, and then add it up.

I weigh 155 pounds, and I know what a 330 pound man looks like. So if all those people went into one super Allah he would probably be really fat Allah.

Not necessarily fat, it would depend on the composition of the bodies used to make 'super allah'. Although if super allah were to be made we could fix physical quantities and limitations to the muslims god.
