how to calculate speed in circular motion from the tangential acceleration which is F=98*sin(πt/10) with static friction=0,2 and dynamic friction= 0.1? Radius is 10 m and mass=50kg

I don't know but actually spinning a 50kg weight around on a 10m chain at what I think the speed should be sounds like fun.

I do wish I did though, but alas, pi, circles, and sine.

Subtract only dynamic friction, as it won't be moving until it overcomes the force of static friction.

Although looking at the equation, you're only going to get motion when t=5,15,25 etc.
So it'll have an acceleration of 0.98m/s^2 at these times, with a persistent static friction force acting against it. From here you should be able to calculate the average velocity.

Don't change these.
