Does anybody know of a new form of fuel. It's underwater and can burn for a really long time?

like for an internal combustion engine? so that you dont have to supply O2 for the combustion to take place? oder just a fire underwater?

Star.Fire its essentially fire that burns water, so it would do ok under water. thats how stars work then fusion/fission/fusion expansion and you know the rest.
