Matrix mul question

Mom is in the ER with what I hope is not a stroke and I am waiting and working on homework because it's all I can do. No books and insufficient notes. Smart phone not making things easier. Appreciate any help.
I am multiplying matrices. Do transpositions alter any commutivity? It's a one by three times a three by three times a three by one( the outer ones are transpositions of each other).

It's not a stroke but it is sepsis and pneumonia. I worked on the problem and I figured since I got a single one dimensional solution that either order was not important or transposing then proceeding with the multiplication left to right was at least correct in this instance.
