Occupy Mars

Lets just connect a hose between earth and mars. All our greenhouse gases can go there instead.
If we recycled all our used garden hoses and plumbing pipes to this purpose, we'd be there in 8 years.

We don't have several billion miles of garden hose and the out of sync orbits mean any hose will be dragged through the sun.

I personally think we should find a way to filter and store CO2 (or any gas for that matter) in case we need it in the future for chemical experiments or geo-engineering.

We're going to have to figure out how, one day or another, anyway. Might as well start now.

Said hose would be impossible to maintain.  It would be a whole lot easier just to dump harmful gasses into outer space.
