P(surviving drop of 15 stories) = P(surviving drop of 1 story)^15
P(dying from 15 story drop) = 1- P(surviving drop of 1 story)^15

1 story is about 12.5-16 feet, so on average about 14 feet. 14×15 is 210 feet. It takes about 3 seconds to reach 50% of terminal velocity (61mph) and 5 more seconds to reach 109.8mph. So putting this an another perspective, drive your car into a tree around 61-109.8mph and tell me if you survive. 99.9% chance, NO!

Sergei Chalibashvili from the former Soviet Union didn't even survive the impact with the water. Just leaping into the board was enough to kill him.
Now: 10 meter platform (32.81 feet) is the standard international olympic height limit.
Let's now talk about belly flops:
From up to about 3 meters, you can experience skin discomfort. Like stinging and redness.
Over 10 meters, you can experience pain. temporary disorientation and perhaps temporary loss of mobility.
Over 60 meters, you'll hit the water like it was concrete. It takes you about 7 seconds of free fall to reach tha maximum average speed the average human body can reach about 150 mph. No matter how you hit the water at that speed, even if it's a clean dive -- even if it's feet first, you can do some severe damage.
