How2 Fictional Schizophrenia?

My abnormal psych class has been assigned to write a case study paper for a fictional client suffering from schizophrenia, and I'm running into some major trouble getting started.

I can't seem to come up with a set of symptoms that is both realistic and yet severe enough to keep from being mistaken for another disorder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to defraud your country's healthcare system by pretending to be schizophrenic?

Nope. Already defrauding my country's healthcare system via another condition.

This request is made purely out of the desire to not fail my psych class.
