Questioner: How does a third-density planet become a fourth density planet?

The fourth density is, as we have said, as regularized in its approach as the striking of a clock upon the hour. The space/time of your solar system has enabled this planetary sphere to spiral into space/time of a different vibrational configuration. This causes the planetary sphere to be able to be molded by these new distortions. However, the thought-forms of your people during this transition period are such that the mind/body/spirit complexes of both individual and societies are scattered throughout the spectrum instead of becoming able to grasp the needle, shall we say, and point the compass in one direction.

Thus, the entry into the vibration of love, sometimes called by your people the vibration of understanding, is not effective with your present societal complex. Thus, the harvest shall be such that many will repeat the third-density cycle. The energies of your Wanderers, your teachers, and your adepts at this time are all bent upon increasing the harvest. However, there are few to harvest.

Questioner: At what stage does a planet achieve social memory?
Ra: I am Ra. A mind/body/spirit social complex becomes a social memory complex when its entire group of entities are of one orientation or seeking. The group memory lost to the individuals in the roots of the tree of mind then becomes known to the social complex, thus creating a social memory complex. The advantages of this complex are the relative lack of distortion in understanding the social beingness and the relative lack of distortion in pursuing the direction of seeking, for all understanding/distortions are available to the entities of the society.

Is there then, from the point of view of an individual who wishes to follow the service-to-others path, anything of importance other than disciplines of personality, knowledge of self, and strengthening of will?

RA: I am Ra. This is technique. This is not the heart. Let us examine the heart of evolution.

Let us remember that we are all one. This is the great learning/teaching. In this unity lies love. This is a great learn/teaching. In this unity lies light. This is the fundamental teaching of all planes of existence in materialization. Unity, love, light, and joy; this is the heart of evolution of the spirit.

The second-ranking lessons are learn/taught in meditation and in service. At some point the mind/body/spirit complex is so smoothly activated and balanced by these central thoughts or distortions that the techniques you have mentioned become quite significant. However, the universe, its mystery unbroken, is one. Always begin and end in the Creator, not in technique.

QUESTIONER: Am I correct, then, in assuming that discipline of the personality, knowledge of self, and control in strengthening of the will would be what any fifth-density entity would see as those things of importance?

RA: I am Ra. In actuality these things are of importance in third through early seventh densities. The only correction in nuance that we would make is your use of the word, control. It is paramount that it be understood that it is not desirable or helpful to the growth of the understanding, may we say, of an entity by itself to control thought processes or impulses except where they may result in actions not consonant with the Law of One. Control may seem to be a short-cut to discipline, peace, and illumination. However, this very control potentiates and necessitates the further incarnative experience in order to balance this control or repression of that self which is perfect.

Instead, we appreciate and recommend the use of your second verb in regard to the use of the will. Acceptance of self, forgiveness of self, and the direction of the will; this is the path towards the disciplined personality. Your faculty of will is that which is powerful within you as co-Creator. You cannot ascribe to this faculty too much importance. Thus it must be carefully used and directed in service-to-others for those upon the positively oriented path.

There is great danger in the use of the will as the personality becomes stronger, for it may be used even subconsciously in ways reducing the polarity of the entity.

I am Q’uo, and am with this instrument. You may well ask, if it is true that the greatest service one may perform is of a radiance that is inward in nature, why one needs to incarnate at all to perform this service. And this is not an insignificant question. For it is true that the world in which you find your engagements, the world in which you find those who call upon you expecting to have your service in return, is an important mirroring element, shall we say. For service seeks those it may serve. And it can seem somewhat hollow and self-enclosed to feel that the bonds that unite those who seek in a sacred humanity are not breathed full of life.

One feels isolated and alone when one does not hear back a response to the service one has offered. This, we would suggest, is an occasion for reflecting on the true character of the service which you have had to offer. For service that seeks results in a form in which those results are expected is, in reality, a service which does not leave the closed sphere of the intention of the one who seeks to serve. One cannot predict how one’s service will be taken. One cannot know when it has really been of use to another. And so again and again, my friends, you must make a full effort, and again and again you must reckon with the possibility of hearing no echo at all.

We do not deny the loneliness that befalls a seeker in such a situation. We do not deny the difficulty in maintaining the energy of seeking under such a circumstance. We do not deny the difficulty in holding to the desire to be of service when it seems as if none of your fellow human beings really do want what you have to offer.

Nevertheless, we would say that it is frequently the case that the most eloquent efforts made in the area of service are those which are almost unnoticeable, in many cases, even to the self. We would say that the daily effort to inquire of the self about its own deepest intentions is itself a very great service and one upon which all true service depends.

It may be that there will be a day, there will be a week, there will be a month, or there will be a year in which one cannot honestly say to oneself that one’s whole heart is in one’s service. Upon these occasions, it is well to be consoled. It is well to realize that in order to serve, the self must be gathered to itself. And this very often requires moments of rest. It requires pulling back, and without judgment allowing the self to follow that which it finds diverting; allowing the self to seek solace where solace may be found. The very act of making this allowance is itself a spiritual act of very great significance, for in that gesture, one acknowledges also that one still abides, that one still is upon the path, that one still has set the intention to be of service to others in precisely that way it is given one to be.

Now then, for some time we and other messengers of the light have been alerting you to the tumultuous times ahead. Now we say, they are here. Until recently Earth’s journey out of deep third density wasn’t at all apparent to the uninformed; now that she’s nearer to the doorway of fourth density, you are on the fast track to world transformation. The planet is accelerating its travels into the energy planes where interaction with other celestial bodies will assist in the rapid uprooting of negativity, and everything based in dark intent will be exposed. Through the end of this calendar year and well into the next, Earth’s energy field of potential will be rife with combative activity until the momentum of the light overcomes the last shred of darkness.

Because of all that commotion, it is not possible to determine exact timing of events that must and shall come to pass before the dawning of the Golden Age at the end of 2012. Especially the lightworker community, where the presence of our universal brothers and sisters is known, is eager to hear when those among you will introduce themselves and those above you will land. We don’t know when that will be because they themselves do not, and they are as eager as you for that day to come. Do not doubt their vigilance and sound judgment as to the right timing, and until then, be assured that they are serving you in the same indispensable ways they have been for many decades.

During these final stages of Earth’s journey to fourth density, stay steadfast in the light. You are innately prepared to handle the changes that will be difficult for those whose closed minds have kept them stuck in third density’s limited mentality and lack of spiritual clarity. Enlighten those who are searching for answers and are receptive, yet be mindful that it is each person’s choice to “see the light” and respond positively or not.

All of this is known to souls living in spirit, so why would any choose to be born into a third density civilization time and time and time again? They do so because in other incarnations they succumbed to rather than surmounted the rampant fear, ignorance, deception and warring that are the cornerstones of dark control. Each time they choose to complete third density karmic lessons in roles agreed upon with all others who want to share the lifetime so all can achieve balanced experiencing and start back up the ladder spiritually and intellectually. Each time the souls are convinced that this time in personage they will retain the light with which all infants come.

However, time and again their determination to successfully maneuver through a world where darkness flourishes became mired in the actuality of living in those low density conditions. Thus for millennia Earth’s residents unwittingly have been captives of the lies perpetrated and perpetuated by on-planet puppets of the dark forces. Always a few persons did heed messages from soul level and spoke the truth, but their voices were cut short or their information was distorted, and deception and the massive negativity issued from it continued to reign.

About seven decades past in your timing, Earth cried out for help to end that destructive cycle. In response, the highest universal council created the master plan for her transition out of third density and the return to fifth, where Earth’s soul originated and remained even as the accumulating negativity caused her body to spiral downward. The plan included the joint efforts of evolved beings from other civilizations with selected persons on Earth and a timetable for the planet to be out of third density, the end of your year 2012. Even though time—which in reality is the prevailing energy frequency—is passing more quickly by the day, Earth’s timely arrival at the threshold of what was named her Golden Age is certain.

This is not the case for her residents who still are inured to believing and acting in accordance with whatever is told them repeatedly by “authorities.” The numbers of those who are light-receptive are increasing; however, through ignorance of truths, many others are still “in the dark.” In her love for all of her residents, Earth wants every one to accompany her into fourth density, but to do so, they must accept the light that will enable their physical survival in the higher frequencies that the planet is fast approaching.

The members also agreed that something dramatic was required to get the peoples’ attention; however, because it is your world, it was up to your leaders to decide what that would be. Announcing that members of other civilizations are among you required resolving myriad details before it could be properly presented, and the suggestion that all truths be told straightforwardly was vetoed because there was no agreement as to which should be revealed first—in essence, which finger should be pulled out of the dike. Some felt that would best be achieved by announcing the death of Osama bin Laden, the officially accused mastermind of “9/11.” They felt that announcement could be veered into exposing the truth about the horrific events of that day almost ten years ago, and it would eliminate fear in the people who believe what they so often have been told: No one is safe as long as bin Laden is alive.

Only when that suggestion was raised did some in the group, including US President Obama, know for certain that the man had been dead for almost a decade, and those few vehemently denounced the suggestion. But since no one had any other idea that would get the attention of the world, the majority voted to “kill bin Laden” and later publicly explain why that story was released.

What you perceive as time actually is energy in motion, and as Earth continues her journey toward fourth density, she will enter ever higher, lighter energy planes as she approaches the continuum, where everything that you deem past, present and future is a series of events happening simultaneously. In this moment you cannot imagine that reality, but you will know it as you gain spiritual clarity and understanding of the universal laws. Ah, what wondrous knowledge and experiences await you!

Now then, back down to Earth, where many of you are asking “When?” specific situations will start—or end. We know that you are requesting which day or week or month, so we also know that “Soon” is not a satisfying answer. In this moment, however, “Soon!” is all we can tell you—but please notice the exclamation point! That punctuation mark would have been appropriate all along because of the unprecedented speed with which your world has been rising out of deep third density, so why now are we adding that emphasis to indicate that stunning developments are imminent?

For long ages darkness dominated Earth’s civilizations, and when the planet’s very survival depended upon ending the cycle of third density karma that the darkness perpetuated, certain individuals agreed to create situations and conditions that would give billions of souls the opportunity to experience what they needed to complete their third density karma and evolve into fourth density. It was a massive collective agreement designed to immeasurably benefit many, many souls.

Rather than the harsh punishment that third density mentality will demand for those individuals who became bereft of light except the spark that is the life force of every soul, compassion and forgiveness will best serve you and all others in the eternal Oneness of All. This does not mean condoning or excusing any of the actions that continued after those individuals reneged on their soul-level agreements.

The godliness of generously sharing with those in need does not extend to forcing your beliefs upon those whose own beliefs are different. Third density peoples embrace spiritual and universal enlightenment at the right time for each of them, and your ultimate responsibility is your own evolution in those respects.
