Greetings, people of Earth

Nibiru is the 4th dimensional flagship of the Milky Way Galaxy’s Galactic Federation. Like Pelegai, many different civilizations have representatives that live aboard it. As well as being a Federation Flagship, Nibiru is also a planet and a battle star. Nibiru is a little over three times the size of earth.

Nibiru was originally a planet that was thrown out of orbit with the implosion/explosion of Sirius B. It wound up in the Pleiades and therefore is known to some as a Pleiadian planet.

Nibiru became a star ship when it was converted from a near lifeless form, hollowed out and turned into a ship. You could liken it in some ways to the space station on the TV show called Deep Space Nine. The only difference is that Nibiru travels the galaxy. That is why the people live inside of it instead of on the surface. Another reason is that it was created for deep space travel where there would be no sun for many years. In a way, you could say that it is an artificial planet. Only the shell is original.

Nibiru is a battle star because it was outfitted for war with ships and heavy weapons. When negotiations fail Nibiru is capable of waging war to defend itself against attack. It also uses these same weapons to defend planets and races against attack when authorized to do so.

What color is Nibiru?

Nibiru is a red planet with a gold hue. As a result, it appears as a bright yellow-gold star when seen from earth. Nibiru’s brightness is due in part to the gold dust suspended in its atmosphere. This gold dust is used to maintain the atmosphere of Nibiru and fill the holes in its atmosphere that were caused by atomic missiles fired at it during the last Great Galactic War in which it was involved and seriously crippled. The gold repels radiation from space and keeps the people inside the ship from dying.

By the way, this was the same war in which Maldek was destroyed by Nibiru after the opposing forces had destroyed the colonies on Mars, Venus and Earth. If you want to know more about the outcome of this war and the reason Maldek was destroyed, you will find that information in the book We are the Nibiruans.. The biosphere of Mars and Venus were also destroyed along with their colonies leaving both planets a wasteland. In ancient times Nibiru was symbolized as the eight-pointed star mostly due to its brightness. The Egyptians called it “the bright star of the crossing.”

Does Nibiru have rings?

Yes, it is my understanding that Nibiru has rings much like those of Saturn. It uses them as a sort of propulsion system. They propel Nibiru through space. The rings move in opposite directions from each other and up and down like wings, but the wings move in opposite directions. I am not a scientist and, therefore, I find it hard to describe what I see. There is a term for it but that term escapes me at the moment.

Why do some people call Nibiru a red comet?

I believe this is due to the fact that Nibiru has an orbit and for a time was restricted to that orbit when it was overtaken in 2000 BC. Other than that, Nibiru appears to be in an orbit because it circles the galaxy. But it can break from its normal rotation whenever it is needed for a particular assignment that would take it out of that orbit. Once again, we must look at the historical orientation of the people making this claim. It can very well come from a time when their ancestors knew Nibiru to be in a stationary orbit just like the other planets of our solar system. They are accurate in their claim but only as it pertains to that specific timeframe. It does not apply in general.

Is Nibiru a brown dwarf?

Many scientists are speculating that Nibiru is a dark star or a “brown dwarf.” A brown dwarf is a star that never accumulated enough mass to ignite. Nibiru may be classified as a brown dwarf because it was either a planet or a star before it was expelled from the Sirius star system with the implosion or explosion of Sirius B. Since I am not sure which one it was, I have no problem with scientists labeling it a brown dwarf. They can only work with what they know as the present time. Time will tell which one it is.

As Nibiru comes closer, it will create a heyday of confusion and radical theories as scientists and mankind in general grapple with the mystery of Nibiru. It will be just one more way in which Nibiru will play a role in mankind’s awakening to all there is.

Who lives on Nibiru?

There are many races and civilizations represented in the population aboard Nibiru. Some are more predominant than others. Some are hominoid, some reptilian, some insectillian, some android, etc. Some are even like hairy apes. There are literally hundreds of races and hybrid varieties represented in the population of Nibiru. Once again I reference Deep Space Nine and also Star Trek.

Each group of beings have living areas that simulate their natural environment. For example the dolphin representatives live in an aquatic environment while the reptilians live an a hot and humid environment. The humans live in an environment much like ours on earth. The octopus like beings live in tanks made especially for them and so on. Since Nibiru is almost 4 times the size of earth, there is plenty of room to move. Some groups have developed into entire civilizations as a result and don’t return to their home worlds as often as the others.

And just like in your country, there are factions within these races with differing agendas. Some work for the betterment of all and some do not. One faction may be in conflict a particular race and others of that race are not. They have disagreements and prejudices, positive qualities and not so desirable qualities just like us.

Do these different races have family members (channels) on earth and are those channels sharing information with us?

Yes, yes, yes!!! This is where a lot of the confusion comes from. For example, there are a few channels that are receiving information that Nibiru wants to take over earth and enslave humans. In that case, one must ask, “Which individual group channeling from the starship Nibiru wants to do this?” It does not mean everyone on Nibiru wants to do it. It is like saying the Ku Klux Klan represents all of the white people on earth and therefore all the whites wants to destroy the Blacks, Asians, Native Americans and every other culture and race of which the KKK does not approve. Do you see what I mean?

These channels are getting information from their individual groups aboard Nibiru. It does not mean that one group’s beliefs and agendas represent all of the population of Nibiru just like the Nazis’ views and agendas don’t represent those of the entire Aryan population of earth.

Yes, there are small groups aboard Nibiru that want to take over earth and they are mostly, but not all reptilian, but they in no way represent the majority of people on Nibiru nor Nibiru’s Prime directive for earth. There are also small groups of people here on earth that want to take over earth. I reference the James Bond movies, but does that mean that they represent all of our views?

If we can stop thinking of other planets and civilizations as all good or all bad and with only one agenda or belief system, then we will end a lot of the fear that is generated because of this all or nothing way of thinking. And let’s keep these channeled agendas in perspective. It is not that they are incorrect, it is that they represent the agendas and beliefs of a only a certain group. So if a group is saying that there is a whole planet wanting to take over earth, it is best to ask who on that planet is wanting that takeover instead of just assuming it means everyone.

What is Nibiru’s purpose?

Nibiru has many purposes. I will outline a few of them:

1. Peace keeper - Nibiru’s main overall purpose is that of a galactic peace keeper. As a peace keeper Nibiru’s duties are many. One of the most important duties is to move around the galaxy and negotiate treaties and alliances among the many evolving and advanced races. This includes negotiating peace between warring races.

2. Genetic Upgrading - Negotiating peace sometimes involves using the laboratories aboard Nibiru to create new hybrid races. These new races and the genetic upgrades involved, in some cases provided the means to end wars since many wars were started over genetics. Just like children need to learn to share so do evolving races.

In races that are ready to be introduced into the galactic community, genetic upgrading is facilitated through processes being sent to the planet. That is why there are many people who are writing books on DNA Recoding, providing various process and also facilitating workshops to provide training and support. The Beings who send the information will in most cases be GF members and also have starseed children on earth that they are attempting to assist.

This also explains why there are many different techniques being given for DNA Recoding. Each race has a particular genetic make up and recoding their DNA may require certain processes that are not needed by other races. But in all cases some things are the same. Emotional clearing is the key to DNA Recoding and that holds true for every race represented on earth.

3. The Galactic Federation’s Mission Control Planetary Ascension Programs. - Though the main operations of any planetary ascension plan are located at the GF headquarters in the Sirius star system, having an orbiting satellite office makes carrying out the many tasks involved much easier and efficient. Since Nibiru’s orbit traverses our galaxy and is a the GF’s key flag ship, it is the perfect location for organizing and carrying out ascension programs for planets and civilizations connected to the GF. Since most of the planets in our galaxy are seeded by Federation member races that may or may not be in close proximity to the planet, having a starship available to carry out critical tasks such as genetic upgrading is vital to success.

Earth’s ascension program is being coordinated through Nibiru with each starseed race having representation on and in the many councils of Nibiru. With the council’s working together to complete our ascension plan, we are in good hands and can rest assured that every measure is being taken to protect and ensure our success and eventual entry in the galactic neighborhood.

4. The Mission Control center for Starseeds and Walk-ins. - Among the many responsibilities of Nibiru is that of training, support and guidance for Walk-ins and Starseeds. For Walk-ins, Nibiru provides mission plans, and assigns support staff to watch over and protect the soul being sent to earth. For starseeds, they are given guidance on which templates are to be created to assist their home worlds in their spiritual evolution to the next step.

There is much more to this but suffice it to say that the beautiful settings with moving sidewalks, the slender Grecian-like columns and the singing, telepathic dolphins (some of which walk upright) is the setting on Nibiru where the walk-ins and starseeds are trained. Many report being in classrooms during the dream state. Though this is common among Grey and Zeta abductees and the ships are different, Nibiru also has classrooms. The difference I have come to understand is most often the setting. This is a very serene setting with music, and other worldly colors. Very peaceful. When I go there in the dream state, I don’t want to come back.

Who is in control of Nibiru?

Nibiru receives its orders from the central command of the Galactic Federation’s Greater Nibiruan Council. The Greater Nibiruan Council, as we have discussed before, was established to handle the management duties and responsibilities of the GF. This includes giving assignments to various Federation starships of which Nibiru, though the GF’s Flagship, is only one. This means that whenever Nibiru is sent on assignment to a planet or star system, it was sent there by order of the GF.

Nibiru is in essence a field office just like Deep Space Nine was a field office of the Galactic Federation in the TV show. Don’t remember exactly what they called that GF.
What role does Nibiru play in our ascension?

Nibiru remains our trigger for awakening. Once it gets close enough to us, uncloaks and shows itself, it will bring about a universal shift in consciousness. Mankind will then wake up to the fact that they are not alone in the universe and will begin to search for the reason and purpose behind this great planet/ship. It is then that the ancient knowledge suppressed by the religions and governments of earth in order to control the people, will come to light. Mankind’s true identity will be made known to them and they will have the opportunity to embrace it on a global scale.

Nibiru’s effects are already being felt. Due to its massive size, Nibiru is already affecting our weather, our planetary frequency and our sun. Once again, I am not a scientist so I cannot give you this information in those terms. I will give you what they show me.

Nibiru is affecting our sun. Because of the pressure being exerted by its mass moving closer to us, it is creating pressure on the sun. This pressure is like squeezing a tomato until it begins to rupture. These ruptures are the solar flares and emissions from the sun. The sun is changing and emitting more light. Much like going from a 75 watt bulb to a 150 watt bulb. This changes our DNA and activates the dormant codes within it to begin the transmutation of our bodies from carbon-based to crystalline-based. (see Let’s Get Real about Ascension Part I. and Part II)

Though uncomfortable, this transmutation is necessary to move into a higher dimension i.e., 5D.

Where is Nibiru now and when will it return?

Nibiru is in our solar system and headed towards earth on its routine run through our galaxy. That is why we are feeling its effects. NASA and other governmental groups know this very well. Nibiru was first spotted by our scientists back in 1987. We have been feeling its effects since 1996.

As for when it will return, I will state again that it is up to us. Nibiru is waiting on us to get our heads out of the sand, so to speak, and accept that we are not alone in the universe. When enough people have reached this level of understanding, Nibiru will uncloak and reveal itself. This could be next year, or in 2003, 2005, 2010, or 2012. We hope at the very latest that it will be by 2012. So, once again, we are in charge of when it will occur. Nibiru is there to serve us and assist in our ascension. That is why the GF is sending it to this remote little corner of the galaxy. It is time for us to move up to galactic citizenship. Nibiru is here to help us like it helps all other planets going through the same process, and will continue to do so for many millions of years to come. And who knows, perhaps one day you will be on that ship en route to the next planet ready to ascend.

I am Thoth. I have been accredited with the imparting of all knowledge, magick, agriculture, astrology, science & math. This is an exaggeration however, there were twelve Temple Priests sent out to keep the secrets of Atlantis alive for the Great Spell. I am however a force of balance, I have remained impartial to the war between good and evil except in instances of real imbalance and imparted my knowledge to the people of, what is now known as, Egypt.

You now approach ascension, on a global level. But in the midst of world events, one may wonder how this will occur. To understand this more properly, we must look at the history of how things came to be this way. So, bear with me as I start at the beginning.

A long time ago, the great tree of life sprouted in a constellation called Lyra. This is where all sentient life in this galaxy comes from. The Lyrans were much like you, physically and emotionally. They experimented deeply with genetics & artificial intelligence. They created the Annunuki, a race of biological appearing machines, for the purpose of labor. But, the Annunuki re-programmed themselves, and started a great war with the Lyrans, which destroyed their home planet in nuclear war. The Lyrans then fled to the Vega, Sirius, Pleiades, and Sol systems (Among others).

But the Annunuki followed relentlessly, warring with the Sirians, the most war capable of the Lyran stock for one thousand years (The one thousand year war) before the Sirians established a treaty of peace, non-interference, and the Galactic Federation as we now know it - based on the principles of universal law.

On Earth, the most abundant planet in the Milky Way outside of Sirius-B, the war took a different form. But we should backtrack here a little to see what happened.

Atlantis/Lemuria was the Terran Lyran colony. It was maintained as a colony, or limited in size to avoid attracting the Annunuki to a planet so full of resources and genetics. While on Earth, the Lyrans continued their genetic modifying ways, in the playground that was earth, creating the original human stock which was based on Lyran DNA, and later became more so due to inter-breeding.

The problem with Atlantis was essentially an ancient problem of ignorance and power, an inherent quality of the Lyran culture/stock to be transcended. It has occurred again and again in our family history. This is the true root, and the story of Lyra, of the modern ascension story. More on that later.

The Temple Priest-Kings of Atlantis set all policy, made all decisions and held all knowledge. One could not gain knowledge, formally, without their permission. Many of the Atlantean peoples became very distant from spirituality and truth, preferring hedonistic behaviors and not paying much mind to the Temple of the Sun, or its knowledge. The Temples of destruction, which later became the likes of the Temple of Set, where always tolerated, just, under rule, in Atlantis because of their piece of the great wisdom - the whole truth of the night sky. However the destruction temples became more powerful, and they established contact with the Annunuki, who gave the Atlantean people technological conviences (nothing truly useful). The Annunuki were then able to destabilize the technology held the artificial land in place, by co-operating with the destruction temples.

Originally these temples sought to re-establish balance that was lost in Atlantis. However the corrupting qualities of destruction were used on them by the Annunuki, and so they lost knowledge of Unity and Universal law, and their original purpose (for the most part, there are still minorities with this purpose in the dark brotherhood on earth). One must understand that the Annunuki serve an important role, as forces of chaos, yet they have not yet fully grown into that role, they have been very overzealous in their teachings and in terms of their native 4th dimensional existence quite greedy/lustful.

It was of course the Twelve "gods", who gathered together under Divine Will knowing the fate of the land. Before they left Atlantis, to teach the secrets to the world, they cast the Great Spell, the spell of returning truth and final resolution. It is a spell that has many elements, and has gathered momentum over many thousands of years, under Divine Will.

The spell required the sprinkling of a seed that would be harvested, very careful planting and nurturing. This was started with the teachings of the twelve. For many years the ascended ruled over and lead mankind, servants of the Sun, and of destruction, and the Annunuki. We were the Gods of your legends. The primary strategy of the Annunuki was to corrupt the true with a sprinkling of lies. This has remained so, and the main concern of the dark, is primarily that you might discover the gateway to the Great Flame and knowledge. Their primary concern is your ascension - that is our final victory.

It is not power or justice that will shift first. The weapon of the Great Spell is knowledge/wisdom/truth. It is from this spring, and this spring alone, that the other situations will resolve. One does not get a plant without a seed.

It is this great spell that now reaches toward completion, that you term the ascension. It is a building of a cultural/spiritual evolution, and as such it will not be seen so very clearly in everyday events, unless one watches the bigger picture and the whispers of truth emerging. There is more to this spell, such as the return of the Twelve, not individuated incarnate flesh, but more perhaps like what you may term "walk-ins", the return of their Ka essence. But full details of the whole spell cannot be named. I must ask you to trust, that this is for important reasons. However, I will update you to what I can see, about the Great Spell in motion, about ascension, so you can appreciate changes that are in play - and also I will fill you in more as to how the spell operates in practice. For now, know that it uses the one and only strategy of chaos, to the spells advantage.

A side note: A remarkable thing about this great story, to myself, is something that occurred in the modern age. The servants of chaos, in the future, have time traveled back into the present to add to the Great Spell, and Ascension. Time travel is a risky and difficult venture even when the technologies are known, for the dynamic nature of time is complex and law bound. That is moving events even closer into the present because of the future actions of the servants of chaos, who clearly recognize at some future point their mistake. They are also working on their present organization and are in communication, of a indirect sort. This outcome is something we could not have predicted because of the nature of time, and it has added power to the spell.

That is a very brief synopsis of the history of ascension, and the galactic family. Do not overly concern yourself with specific details, but rather the total story. I will perhaps need to go into further detail later for a deeper picture.

For now, for your life in the present, watch not world events for change, but watch for the spirit of change, the seed of change and the emergence of truth. There are difficulties and trials yet to resolve, in the process of rediscovering truth, and more accurately, finally discovering truth in a way that it is known to all humanity. This has never happened before, and it is a story with long history and basis.

If you are concerned about temporal affairs and potential chaos, plan and speak in wisdom. The light of truth, as spoken, and acted, by those such as yourselves will minimize any harm or conflict and hasten the ascension - this is your shield and your sword. The time to speak of truth is in the darkness of the night where it will be heard. Wisdom can be heard in chaos. There are three powers available to the light brotherhood - to transmute evil, to assist good and to use discrimination. If we use these three powers, as strongly as possible, the spell will quicken.

And please remember, that the night is darkest before the dawn – the time approaching can be felt in the whole cosmos. A moment of true quiet will make this sound heard. Your wisdom and voice is needed now:

My name is Loreona I am from the Annunaki
crustaceans that have dominated your planet for thousands of years. I
am of the female species and would like to share with you many of our
feelings and observations that we have.

Want to thank you for allowing my presence into your home and allow me
to communicate with you. You understand this is quite new having this
close connection with individuals has not been a possibility until
just recently. My friend Leon who is introducing these different
methods of increasing your awareness and seeing possibilities that
your species were never able to comprehend because of the mental
stagnation that you presided in for many years now that the energy has
shifted to this new consciousness that you call the Christ awareness.
When the group you call the white brotherhood entered into the
different fashions of your group knowledge, our people didn't realize
the tremendous potential this gave your species in raising up into a
mental condition that would allow you to break away from our control.

When I say our control, that is the people I associate with, I myself
do not want any control over any other life forms and many of my
colleagues do not either. But this is our own experience that we must
work on to overcome. I am partially here to be a spokesperson for
Leon because he is not available in his own mental state to
communicate directly through this means of connection. He has been
trying, but the receiver is not capable of the direct mental contact.
There has been a number of our species working with over a thousand
Earth people in the last year. Some of us have broken through in
different ways to communicate like we have here. The difficulty is
the lack of support from different individuals who are involved in
this communicative manner. The energetic field depends on how much
interest to know and understand something in order for a frequency
match. This is why clearly (clarity?) was interrupted with, because
of the lack of support. Just recently your people have gained quite a
switchover in this area. The different devices and methods that you
have been given to aid in your understanding in a collective manner,
are not always being used in a productive manner. This is what I hope
to help you overcome, this void that has stuck up its ugly head and
interfered with the process that we are working on introducing to you.

I am going to introduce a list to you that Leon has supplied for me to do.

The first one is how to use the equalater, this device we showed you
does its very best in uniting the energetic field that different
projects you have in motion. If you are unaware of how it processes
or what it does when it processes, this takes out a great part of its
intended function. Let me give you an example; let us use one of your
transportation devices. Each part of this device has a function that
works with the other devices. In some cases they can run without each
other but mostly they depend on each other to create a device that
transports you to your destination. This is the same with the
equalater. It does its best when it's tied in with all its other
nomenclatures. In the last week Leon has intensified his ability to
increase your enthusiasm to bring in different methods of geometry
that are allowing the rest of the pieces to start functioning with
each other. You finally seem to have the awareness that this is going
on. Remember this is not like the old method of teaching and learning
because you are becoming aware of a process that has been stifled
since man has been introduced to the planet Earth. And learning
interdimensionaly is the most difficult way of processing information
because of the lack of referable points. This is why we gave you the
scrumolley pictures that we introduced to your friends in England.

You have most of the tools now and we will work with you as best we
can in formulating mental patterns on how this can be processed and
used. You already can tell because your physical body is starting to
become much more comfortable with this new energy than it was in the
past.

What you are doing by reflecting laser beams against the surface of a
multifaceted crystal ball that is in rotation and by coming off a
reflection on is know (now?) multiplying random waves of chronic
phases of geometry which deletes your physical thought patterns and
allows you to retrain them in a nondestructive condition. If you
notice many things you are participating in at this time has to do
with releasing the old and injecting your new mental focus in its
place, which allows a creative pattern instead of a destructive
pattern; the second is understanding the processes that we are
introducing into a condition that you are able to a simulate. Okay
what does this mean? Taking a consciousness that always has been
controlled by some other outside information like government,
religion, things of this sort and retrain it to think for itself is
not a pleasant experience. There is a lot of fear involved when any
time you reverse a process that has already been established for
millions of thought processes it is like experiencing switching your
dominant arm to your secondary arm and expect it to function in a full
capable means. This all takes practice. Another example is like
looking in a mirror where everything is reversed and trying to
function in a normal state. I'm sure you have all experienced this
where you reach to the opposite side of whatever you're looking at,
this is all possible to do but of course it takes practice this is why
we are introducing these different methods to assist you in switching
over to this more aligned pattern which allows the creative thought
which takes away a destructive thought.

*This is the one we have been waiting for! The Massingle Crystal that
you have placed over your equalater that you introduced the plant life
from the greenhouse has now been fully charged with the scale energy
and combined motions that you have produced with your laser energetic
patterns in your house. You know you're Massingle Crystal which call
vogal has combined the two processes together the life force of the
plants and the new blueprint that is being introduced through the
crystal will energetically be appropriated as perfect energy for these
plants. When you replace this crystal back into the greenhouse for a
few days this will combine the two conscious creative patterns to
become a tremendous force of a Massingle energy field. Can you see
how each one of these pieces with the plants to crystals and that
different people with their opinions produced these wonderful beings
that are becoming part of your research and development into this new
field of plant restructuring. These new restructured plant beings
will have the capability of understanding a new process of growing in
a energy field that was not possible prior to this combination of
inserted scale energy that holds a whole new combined awareness of
reproduction.

We were so pleased the other day when you were able to recognize that
there are three different elevations of life force in your plants
especially the tomato plants this is why there are so many more tomato
plants because they are very obvious with the change form. the rest
of your plants are doing the same you'll have to use your dousing
methods to establish where there stability of consciousness presides.
Which you are doing now with these beautiful new plant life forms,
and their plant spirits that are so happy with the outcome of this
switchover because they did not really trust the artificial
environment that you have introduced for their newly evolved purpose.
because of the love they are receiving and all the different pieces
that have been put into place for their environment they prospered
very well to be exactly what they needed to break through into the new
creative patterns to survive in a higher frequency. Like your friend
said the other day everything is a frequency when a frequency
establishes a connected and a common goal is like adding water to a
plant, the two need each other and you can see by the results in just
a short period how they react when combined together. You're dealing
with frequencies that have a duplicated match and will respond in a
tremendous fashion to the patterns they are having laid before them.
There could be some controversy over the different structures of the
plant that they are different breed and this is true to a point
because that's what different breeds are, are plants that have been
introduced into a frequency with the strange environment so they react
in different ways and produce in different ways if a plant of any kind
in its infancy is introduced into a different environment than
originally was program for it restructures itself to match what ever
it is being introduced into remember the area you live in, the energy
fields produce a frequency that isn't the same because of the
tremendous feeling that the forest puts out is quite different than a
plant that produces vegetables so this has to be taken into
consideration as your introducing its new life into an overwhelming
energetic field that they are not accustomed to. Can you see what I
am sharing with you?

I know you do not feel Leon working with us but he is giving a lot of
this important to our conversation. He is a little bit of the strange
side so I am having to deal with this in my own way I guess we all
have our methods of experiencing life. Anyway now that you have
gotten over the hump and understand more and more how with our
combined effort we can reintroduce this new life form that can be
utilized on your planet in a new frequency. I myself to do not
understand how you even stay alive even the short time you do, with
such a disordered structured life force in your food you will notice a
huge difference in your physical makeup when you allow these newly
structured enzymes to become part of your system. This is something
you probably should closely work with your guidance on how to interact
with this new energetic field that these plants are producing, they
will not hurt you but they could be overwhelming if ingested and are
too rapid pace and not allow your normal function to adapt to it. We
think the reason we do not reincarnate as often as you do is because
our food value is a much more higher quality and I mean much more the

The Greys

Small neo-saurian hominoids, very prolific and intelligent. May be the ’brains’ or ’intellect’ of the serpent race, whereas the larger ’Reptoids’ allegedly act as the PHYSICAL overlords and thus are of a higher ’ranking’ than the Greys. The Greys are logic-based and operate on base animal survival or predatory instincts and in most cases are emotionally insensitive to humans, and like other reptilian entities they ’feed’ off of human and animal vital fluids by rubbing a ’liquid protein’ formula on their bodies, which is then absorbed through the skin. Like typical reptiles which shed their skins the ’waste’ is excreted back through the skin. The Greys range from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 ft. tall on the average, with skin colors ranging from gray-white to grey-brown to gray-green to grey-blue.

Aside from feeding off of human and animal proteins and fluids, they also allegedly feed off the ’life energy’, the ’vital essence’ or ’soul energy’ of humans as do other reptilian species. This is why those humans seen working with the Greys (implanted and programmed ’drones’, whether willingly or unwillingly) have appeared ’lifeless’ and ’emotionless’ to the witnesses who observed them. The Greys are reportedly EXTREMELY deceitful and although they act on ’logic’, to them it is ’logical’ to use extremely complex forms of deception to bring about their goals. They are the most commonly observed ’alien’ entities encountered during UFO events. Their basic program is service to self.




They are using this planet as a supply depot, for biological materials (people and cattle mutilations.) They are very telepathic in nature. Our world is not the only world they have tried to conquer. The Grays from Zeta Reticuli have the ability to magnify their mental field in order to maintain control over humans. These different species of Grays are members of a network which is a type of loose alliance to which all have common purposes and aims. The Grays from Rigel (click image right) were the ones that made the secret deal with the US Government.



They are impregnating human females on a massive scale, and later extracting the fetuses. Most of their biological materials comes from the cattle mutilation. However it s a known fact that at times they have done human mutilations. These materials have been found on their crashed UFO crafts. There are some books on the market saying that they are our friends, and that we agreed to these abductions. We are here to tell you not to believe it for a second. These beings are very disturbed beings and are here to take over this planet for their own selfish purposes. They look at us in a similar way that the unconscious mass of our society looks at animals.

The Zeta Reticulans appear to be divided into two different groups. There is one group that appears to be a little more tolerant towards human beings. The other group is interested in colonization and conquest of planet Earth. The Grays have one base near the Aleutian Islands. The Grays seem to have influence over the Reticulans and the Beeletrax species of Grays. These Grays have no stomach and digest their food by absorption through the skin or under their tongue. They have been cloning themselves instead of the practice of reproduction we use on Earth. Each time they reclone, however, the genetic copy becomes weaker, which is part of their problem. Their attitude towards humans is tolerance towards inferiors. They are technologically superior, however, spiritually and socially backwards.

The Reptilian race is the other extraterrestrial race that is most negative, destructive, and evil in their intent. These extraterrestrials are human in shape, however, have reptilian type faces. They also have scales which makes their skin water proof. They have three fingers with an opposing thumb. Their mouth is more like a slit. They average from six to seven feet in height. They are well suited for space travel because they are able to hibernate. They are cold blooded biologically, so must have a balanced environment to maintain body temperature.

The soldier class can bury themselves in the ground and wait long periods of time in order to ambush an enemy. The leader of this specie are called the Draco. They have special wings, which are like flaps of skin. There is a second group of their race that does not have wings. The soldier class and scientists of their race don’t. In an emergency they can survive on one very large meal every few weeks. These Reptilians have been interacting with Earth for a very long time. In their home system they apparently live underground. This Reptilian species apparently directs the efforts of the working class which are only about four feet tall. These beings would be considered another one of the subspecies of the Greys.

How to Protect One’s Self

The specific aim of the Reptilians and the Greys is to take over planet Earth through covert mind control methods, much like the Illuminati and Secret Government is trying to do on Earth. These two groups are intimately connected. Most people think of world takeover only in terms of military means such as bombs and guns. They don’t need to do this if they can control the people, and world leaders through mind control, hypnosis, and brain implants. The key question is, What do we do to stop this? Our government has sold us out because of their greed for power and world domination and now they can’t stop what they have started. The first step is for the people of Earth to reclaim the world's governments.

We must force the governments to release all the knowledge they have about extraterrestrials to the world at large. Half the battle is won if the people of the world know what they are dealing with. If people knew what was happening they would not be so much on automatic pilot. The only way to protect ourselves is through the strength of our consciousness. If a person is attuned to God and the Masters, and owns their personal power, and has self mastery over their energies, they have nothing to worry about. The world needs to wake up spiritually and psychologically, and stop being victims. It is this victim consciousness that allows them to be abducted and manipulated.

If ever you sense them around, just pray, affirm, and visualize protection for yourself. Your connection with God and the Masters will bring you immediate protection. The only true hope for this planet is a mass spiritual awakening which, in truth, is beginning to occur. The Founders and Emerald Covenant races were hoping that humanity could be spared a direct and immediate confrontation with the trauma of its past. lf the Anunnaki races had remained loyal to the 1992 Emerald Covenant Pleiadian-Sirian Agreements, the contemporary Earth drama would have unfolded much differently than it has, as the united Emerald Covenant Guardian Races and Anunnaki legions could have easily protected the peoples of Earth from the intended 2000-2017 One World Order dominion campaign of the united Drakonian Agenda Fallen Seraphim races. In this event, the new updated material in the Voyagers Books would have focused exclusively upon preparing humanity for the inevitable physical meeting of the Emerald Covenant and Anunnaki races, and providing humanity with the Sacred Science training needed for humans to resume their original position as Guardians of Earth's Planetary Templar Complex and the Halls of Amenti stargates. Unfortunately, the well-intended 1992 Emerald Covenant Pleiadian-Sirian Agreements did not last.
When the January 2000 Consummation of the 2000-2017 Stellar Activations Cycle came around, the Anunnaki legions refused to return control of Universal Star Gate,4, the Solar Gate, over to Emerald Covenant Azurite Universal Templar Security Team protection as they had vowed to do in 1992. let us discuss the subtler interpretations underlying your modern history, beginning with a brief look at the immediate post-Flood period. As I have mentioned, this era was distinguished by its many ‘Golden Ages’. Here, the Anunnaki started to execute numerous versions of their plans for humanity. Differences in how these ‘plans’ were implemented led to an ongoing ‘war’ among the ‘gods’. This ‘war’ resulted in the creation of many regional societies that the Anunnaki initially blessed and then later damned. Your ancient creation myths describe in elaborate detail this turbulent period in which your world and its many different cultures came to be.


The Anunnaki were not the only participants in this procedure as the Sirians, Arcturians, and their Galactic Federation of Light allies also took part. With the intentions of exploiting the incomplete nature of the Atlanteans’ genetic experiments, the Sirians’ Galactic Federation of Light allies produced a definite plan that would quickly return those humans residing upon your world to their former, fully-conscious state. The Pleiadeans, Andromedans, and their many allies on the Main Federation Council immediately objected to this plan. Initially, they were able to delay it, but in series of decrees passed about 11,000 years ago, these disagreements were resolved. The Main Federation Council gave the Pleiadean Star League primary authority over your solar system.

The Main Federation Council’s decrees compelled the Sirians and their Galactic Federation allies to adopt a modified plan. As parts of it, they sought out the support of your local Spiritual Hierarchy. In turn, your local Spiritual Hierarchy appealed to the galactic Spiritual Hierarchy for permission to carry out this essential work. Your local Spiritual Hierarchy received an assent and embraced your spiritual evolution as its most important task. However, the various decrees of the Main Federation Council deeply hampered their work. Accordingly, the Sirians and their Galactic Federation of Light allies were obliged to innovatively solve the problem.

Keep in mind that the sole purpose of our evolutionary project has always been to restore you to full consciousness. Our creative solution has been to fiddle in a positive way with the RNA/DNA protein strands that form your body’s cells and determine your level of awareness.

Initially, the local Spiritual Hierarchy allowed us to ‘influence’ the core belief system of our many regional elites. This caused several of the Anunnaki’s appointed rulers to change their formal core beliefs as well as their allegiance to the sky ‘gods’. The Anunnaki swiftly retaliated by devastating any ruler who approved of such heresies. These vile acts caused most earthly rulers and their subjects to fear them even more.

The Anunnaki promptly typecast the Sirians and their Galactic Federation allies as the ‘founders’ of your planet’s human civilization. Using this contrived proposition to justify their actions, the Anunnaki boasted that they came in our name to govern humanity by ;divine’ rule. Many of your societies accepted these enormous lies as inalienable truths. Consequently, our influence was limited, and our initial strategies soon miscarried. We were unable for the moment to achieve our purposes. The cunning, opportunistic Anunnaki and their earthly minions had temporarily ensnared us.

One of the last elements of this ill-fated strategy involved an ancient Egyptian ruler or Pharaoh formally known as Amenhotep IV, also known to you as Akhenaten. Agreeing with our agenda, he began a major reform that modified the way his people related to his authority. We then began a series of genetic modifications that put the Egyptian masses into a more coherent and conscious state.

Unfortunately, the chief Egyptian General, Horemheb, and his powerful priestly allies ended these procedures by overthrowing the rule and beliefs of Akhenaten. This act thereby restored the Anunnaki’s power. Henceforth, the Anunnaki tightened their grip upon Egypt ’s various ruling elites by making use of the Akhenaten’s sacred, arcane knowledge.

This was the last time we employed the aristocracy of any country to procure a vast leap in your consciousness. Instead we returned to the slower process of affecting your genetic code. We focused mainly upon the migratory tribal peoples who lived in various areas of your planet. Our goal – to provide for some ongoing small degree of physiological and cultural transformation – was made possible by the dominant nature of the culture that the Anunnaki and their numerous worldly supporters had created. However, we soon found that there was a better way to positively alter the dark course of human civilization.

Our approach was to remain as discreet as possible. After all, the Main Council of the Galactic Federation frowned upon our activities and only your local and galactic Spiritual Hierarchies condoned them. Earth possessed a great destiny. Nonetheless, it was now adrift in an abysmal ‘karmic soup’ from which there seemed no easy of quick escape. Even so, your local Spiritual Hierarchy knew that according to the prophesies this dilemma was temporary. Earth was to be delivered back to the former glories of the Lemurian civilization. The future did not lie with the Anunnaki or their worldwide minions.

Our strategy was to develop a series of ‘key’ gene pools which were to be the basis for a succession of occasional infusions of ‘special’ genetic materials. At certain times in your history, these ‘key’ gene pools have affected many other nearby. Consequently, over millennia, gene sequencing capable of counteracting the Atlantean experiment has been spread throughout your general population. Take not that your primitive transportation technologies and the warlike ‘ethnic cleansing’ of your various regional and local societies have continuously hindered this process.

As previously stated, the initial strategy of dispersing these new genetic materials was to target Earth’s various nomadic tribes. By constantly moving from one ‘country’ to another and by settling in any one place for as little as a few generations, they fulfilled our primary criterion – mobility. By using them, we were able in just a few generations to spread our new genetic materials to many parts of the world.

The predatory nature of the Anunnaki’s various societies helped to further this process. Notwithstanding their habitual abuse of migrants, the Anunnaki welcomed itinerant men as laborers and their women as potential sexual prey. By sexual interacting with the nomads, Anunnaki societies introduced new gene sequences into their population. Thus began the slow process of expanding your consciousness. Many dark allies whom you know as demons or even as ‘the devil’ supported the Anunnaki. In actual facts, these Beings were either the heavenly minions of Anchara or just members of dark star empires. These were usually Dinosaurans, Reptilians, or Insectoids. I mention them only because they were the allies of the Anunnaki who utilized their sinister abilities to spread the terror that controls you. It was they who taught the Anunnaki how to set up the ‘’reality matrix’ in which you are now embedded.

This ‘reality matrix’ is central to your long imprisonment in an extremely limited reality. One of its most amazing aspects is its subtlety which exposes you to overwhelming levels of stress, fear, and uncertainty. You never know quite how en when it will strike. All pervasive and very potent, the matrix takes your inner powers and gives them to your oppressors. By using this ever-expanding power grid, your secret overlords can control every aspect of your existence. The matrix’s few weaknesses are related to your RNA/DNA genetic elements which your former evil masters are never completely able to alter.

From the beginning, the Anunnaki were quite aware that genetics were a vital ingredient in the karmic soup and posed a major difficulty for them. The soup’s very nature prevented the Anunnaki from directly interfering with any alteration to your genetics. The reason for this was quite clear. History is a boundless journey mapped out by the divine plan. For millennia, Heaven imposed severe restraints on the Anunnaki’s skullduggery. Had they exceeded these limits, Heaven would have intervened more directly. Since the Anunnaki were greatly restricted, this fundamental understanding allowed us to do all that we have for you. Yet, you may ask, what is the purpose of the ‘reality matrix’ in the first place?

In truth, your present ‘reality matrix’ is actually a well-prepared training ground. It contains a series of excellent prescribed conditions. They allow you to acquire knowledge and in experiencing it to gain wisdom. Your recent history is filled with many odd events that have come into being in order to afford you both knowledge and wisdom. In addition, these events permitted this wisdom to be communicated to the many Orders of Heaven. Throughout this process, dear hearts, we have acted as both catalyst and transformer for you as well as for your former masters the Anunnaki. Your present reality has taught all of you well. Now, the moment swiftly approaches for you to create anew.

A: The Sirians and their Galactic Federation allies asked your local Spiritual Hierarchy, “Are you willing to assist us?” After consulting the galactic Spiritual Hierarchy, your local Spiritual Hierarchy replied, “Yes, we shall graciously assist you.” The plan of the Sirians and their Galactic Federation allies involved locating individuals who fit a specific profile. Then, a request was given to them, and if these chosen individuals agreed to it, a special covenant with them was created. This process allowed the Sirians and their allies to establish a ‘special’ genetic and spiritual condition.

Q: Can you provide an example of the type of individual chosen for this assignment?

A: Yes. One of the initial agreements was with a member of a prominent family in the Sumerian city-state of Ur . His name was Abram. Abram, the Sirians, and their Galactic Federation allies as well as the local Spiritual Hierarchy concluded a divine covenant amongst themselves. Later Abram changed his name to Abraham to honor this special covenant.

Q: Where exactly does Jesus Christ fit into this Hebraic scenario?

A: That’s right.

Q: He was the Sirian Ascended Master who was sent in to anchor the Light at that time?

A: Yes. That is correct.

Q: Many of us in the field of human genetics thinks of genes merely as ‘on/off’ switches. Do genes have more significance than we presently understand?

A: Yes. Genes also embody consciousness. As you alter peoples’ genetic structures, you raise their consciousness and thereby increase both their need and their ability to learn. These are facts that many of your geneticists are now beginning to understand. Certain combinations of genes can actually create specific prescribed levels of consciousness.

As part of your ongoing adjustments, your local Spiritual Hierarchy has been increasing the connections among your two outer strands of DNA and your third or inner DNA strand. That is one of the major reasons for the sudden worldwide increase in spirituality and for the deepening interest in Angels, Extraterrestrials, etc.

Q: How does all of this relate to the Hebraic scenario?

A: As noted, we wanted to construct a ‘special’ gene pool based upon a proclivity for expanding consciousness and an inventive or solution-focused intelligence. The resolution to this process was to create a ‘consciousness-increasing intelligence’ gene and to spread it by use of a series of ‘special’ gene pools. A: Once the Hebrews had arrived in Israel proper (the land of Canaan ), we desired that they establish a modified form of galactic human governance – rule by the Judges. This would allow commoners and Judges to work together in a free-flowing style. Our intention was that they develop a form of governance that both their people and the nations surrounding Israel would admire and emulate.

Let us consider these Judges. They emerged from all levels of society to become the ruling government. We desired to lead them gradually into a more open and democratic system. This system would help them to create in ancient Israel a government roughly equivalent to that enjoyed by a fully-conscious and somewhat more technically advanced galactic society.

A: Yes. Whenever Judaism appeared in an open and tolerant civilization, interbreeding always occurred.

Q: Among the people who identify with Jewish heritage right now there are two strains of Jews. First, there is the Ashkenazim. Second, there is the Sephardic. The Sephardic are genetically from the original rootstock. The Ashkenazim are European Jews supposedly originating from a number of tribes that converted to Judaism. Q: By whose intention were limited-conscious Beings designed this way?

A: The Atlantean ruling class and their scientists created limited-conscious humans for two purposes: First, to serve as slaves; second, to need a mediator, a divine intercessory group.

You were purposely designed by the Atlantean scientists with limited consciousness so as to be completely ‘lost’ without a leader.

Q: Why do we still require this allegedly superior overseer?

A: After studying your psychology, many of our researchers have observed that had you not been given ‘gods’, you would have invented them anyway. As we have just stated, your psychological make-up requires it. The Atlantean scientists stole direct connection to Spirit. In its stead, fear, uncertainty, and division were created. Thus, you seek an authority or higher Being to make you feel safe by ‘giving’ you the security that you so desperately seek.

The next place of momentum takes the form of a labyrinth, a point of going around and around and around in a Fibonacci spiral to find the nautilus of you. Within you is a time safe trigger. It is waiting for certain dates and number conjunctions on your calendar to activate, to ignite, and to awaken dormant truths. The doorway is you. The time is now. The entrance code is the energetic signature of your love for you. It is not a handprint. It is not an eye scan . It is not a thumbprint. Each of you has called upon a 'Light' that will hopefully give to you what you seek. Imagine all the people of earth, 6 billion plus, calling to different vibrations of Light – for that is what they have done. All the external doorways and the dimensions that you seek outside of yourself through crystals, through books etc; but give you a taste, a spoonful of the very thing that you truly need. Then when you stand in that mirror reflection, you will know who you are and then be activated with the light-key codes to open the doorway to the next level of you, a place where light bends just for you. For remember, everyone has called a different light, a different love, a different heart, and a different God into awakening. That is why so many energies come to earth. You are not all ordering from the same take-out restaurant. Each one of you demands and needs a different flavor of God, of light, of love, and of heart. And so it shall be. There will not come a time when everyone on earth seeks the same God, for the Universal Prime Creator has not set it up as such.

The oneness starts within self and then ripples out. No one on earth has embraced the oneness fully. Until that happens, there will not be peace. Will you fight for 100% healing in every cell of your being? Will you fight for love beyond any measure of love that you have ever tasted? Will you fight for 100% remembrance? Will you fight for truth that is shinier than any truth that has been seen throughout history?

Will you fight for you and what you believe in and who you are and how you are? The portals separate those who will and those who will not. They separate those who choose to move forward and those who choose to stay in comfort ability. This choosing is not something decreed by a finger of God that is pointed at each individual. It is something decreed by each individual. Stop waiting on your life. It is here and now. We are the Council of Annu, Sirian of Light and Sirian of Origin. Our blood, our fiber, our genetic encoding runs within you each and every one of you.

A: At the beginning, there is much to be desired. What is desire, really? Is it a lack? Is desire simply a longing for something that you have not? Or is desire an aspiration? Something that you imagine, that can be created. The distinction is important, because as you shift your world from one based on the first mode, the first type, of desire, to one based on the second mode, the second kind of desire, you will find the whole vibration of the place lifts.

If you focus your mind on what you have the possibility of creating, then you focus your mind on a bright future, as bright as you can imagine. You have not been used to doing that here on Earth. On Earth you have been used to the other kind of desire. You have been used to envy, covetousness, to lack simply. So it's important to get in touch with the difference in your own thinking.

Think of something that you desire. We ask it that way so you can notice what comes to mind. Is it the type A desire, that is, something you lack; or is it the type B desire, something you aspire to? Now let's try again. Think of something that you desire. Did it change? Did you find that, on reflection, your desire was different; more refined, more subtle, more in tune with your real desires? Let's try this one more time. Take a breath, bring your attention to your heart center, feel your energy there, your personal energy. Feel who you are. Now think of something that you desire. Is it love? In a way it's always love.

The love vibration on this planet is exquisite. It's been refined and molded through the centuries, an abundance of additional auxiliary vibrations have been added to the formula. It's been tempered, it's been turned and twisted, and out of this forge has come a remarkable vibration. It's not a simple love. It's a love born of experience, born of the trials and the fires of the three dimensional world. It's a love that evokes sympathy and understanding.

This is your inheritance as Earthly beings. Along with all of the negativity, all of the history, all of the past mistakes, the accomplishments, the subjugation, the trials and tribulations, you've come to know love. And if there is anything that those of us outside your system desire more than anything else is to know that love as well. We know you've found it difficult to be alone. Well, imagine what it's like for the parents when their child is all alone. But this was necessary. It was necessary for your development, it was necessary in order to create this particular vibration. This vibration that tempers an independence of spirit, a personal truth, and a universal truth that molds them together in an indissoluble whole, that links the individual with the transpersonal and the universal. This particular vibration, this consciousness of the individual human which connects to the core is an exquisite creation, and what is more remarkable is that each one of you has a unique signature, a unique vibration.

As you move forward and become one planet, one voice, one identity, remember also your separateness. Remember that each one of you individually walked the path and did the work to create their version, their flavor and frequency of the love vibration. Thank you. Q. I have a question, who are the ETs who are monitoring the potential risks of nuclear weapons of mass destruction, and what sorts of activities are they undertaking?

A. There are several such. There is a group that is constituted specifically for this purpose. Some of you may have heard the story of a military base in the United Kingdom some years ago which had an extraterrestrial visitation. At that time, the persons operating the base noticed that their ability to control the weapons had been compromised. There are safeguards in place and the use of nuclear weapons in any significant way will not be allowed.

While it may seem that this is in contravention to a principle of non-intervention we feel that the information that's available within your system is just too valuable. And that the reasons for detonation of nuclear weapons would have nothing to do with the proper course of your evolution. If there's ever a command to detonate nuclear weapons, it would not be for the right reasons. And so therefore, whether or not there is a command, the weapons will not function.

This is the sort of situation that alarms the military powers. And, in fact, you can imagine if your sense of security was based on technology, was based on something you owned and then you found it wouldn't always function; you could imagine you would be alarmed, and you would seek ways to correct the situation, to find an alternative technology, to find an alternate route, to security. We can say what many have said, the sense of security is born within, and it's born from knowing your true nature. It's a small step to shift your focus from looking for external security to looking at yourself and developing your own inner connection, the sense of security that comes from knowing who you are. Does that answer your question?

Q. Oh, yes, thank you. I have one follow up. Who are the different races of ET's involved in this group?

A. There are several. There is a Lyran commander, Tau Cetians are involved, some Rigelians, and several others. Is there a reason you wish to know their composition?

Q. I have been given to understand that such a group existed but I didn't know its composition, who was taking an active role in this. Was that Bentwaters you were referring to, the English base?

A. Yes. Are there other questions?

Q. Can I follow up on this, it was just said in the discussion that there was an allusion to the right use of nuclear weapons, can you give an example of what that would be?

A. Every system has within it a means of transformation through dissolution or destruction. And so your system has within it a variety of means to convert physical objects back into energy, and systems to convert energy into physical objects. The natural evolution of a system involves change: temporal translations and transformations. So within a system, weapons that are created to trigger such transformations are appropriate, and in fact the will to use them, if that evolves within such a system, is appropriate.

However, in your situation the use and development of nuclear weapons was not historically purely indigenous. And so the system that needs to be considered is wider than just the physical planet. It involves those groups that provided the information, those groups that may wish for their own ends to threaten individual states, and those groups that may seemingly have a desire to use such weapons.

But in the wider context, just because something exists, doesn't mean it has to be used. So when we look at the wider context that your planet is in, the laws and regulations, the will of the various beings that surround you, and we incorporate that into an assessment of what will happen, we can tell you that there are... that there is a safety feature, a safety catch, if you will. Does that answer your question?

Q2. Does that also apply to small weapons like suitcase bombs?

A. This is a grey area. The particulars would depend on the projected outcome. As I'm sure you know, what we might call "localized" violence, small scale violence, is allowed to occur throughout your world. There are many purposes for this. One of them is educational, one of them is experiential, one of them is to right certain wrongs, or to allow certain individuals to evolve through experience. So there may be events, shocking events of this nature. But the original idea behind a nuclear explosive was to trigger a cascade, an event that led rapidly to a global dilemma, a global confrontation. And it's the end, the probable endpoint of such a confrontation that we wish to avoid. So a way of answering your question is that there may be some sparks, but there won't be a forest fire. Does that answer your question?

Q. I have a somewhat related question that I think segues into this topic, and that is the human cabals or the dark cabal who perpetrates the chaos and the power plays on this earth, of which the US administration seems to be a part, but it's world wide and its a cancerous kind of thing that has many tentacles. I'm wondering if those members of that who are the leaders and controllers of this world, the elite, the oligarchies, knowingly do what they do, perpetrate chaos on the rest of us, do they do it consciously knowing what they are doing or are they themselves ignorant of the ET neighborhood, and the ETs who might be controlling them or causing them to do these things?

A. Well, it's difficult to generalize, some know, some are more conscious than others.

But we think it might be time to put yourself into their shoes. Each of you imagine you are a member of such a cabal. You are given information that others don't have. Your ego is stroked, and mind you, you are already pretty wealthy yourself. You may be little envious of the next guy, the one who has more than you do, but you are pretty wealthy, you are powerful in your own sphere. How does that feel? Take a moment and feel that. You can walk around knowing you've got millions in the bank, knowing that you have the access to the latest information, best technology; that people look up to you, some people fear you. You can curl your fingers into a fist, you can slam it on a table. People listen to you when you do that; you can get your way. Take a moment and feel what that is like.

To some people, that reinforces the ego. They really start to believe that they are this three dimensional being and that they are better than the rest. They are smarter, stronger, have more. To other people, it creates pain, it creates a painful disconnect. They long for something simpler, they feel the weight of authority, they feel lonely at the top. It can go either way. But put yourself in their shoes for a moment, and from that place, that place of power, ability and control, take notice of whether you can also feel your humanity. Remember, you are in charge, what you say goes. Now, do you feel human?

Let's elaborate the scene a little bit. An underling comes in and asks for a favor; and they are a particularly disempowered type. You can see that they look at you fearfully, and they really don't expect you to want to do it unless you have to, and so they are quite tentative in asking. Now, as you look at them, do you feel a human bond? Do you feel that you are both the same species? Do you feel a connection? Well, the interesting thing is that you are connected and that the dynamic we have described has been played out many times from both sides by each of you. You are very familiar with it. So what is it to be human? Is it to be in control or to be controlled? Or might it be something else entirely?

Okay, let's imagine now that you decide that you are going to take pity on this poor soul and you are going to grant their wish. So go ahead, give them that raise, that 25 cents an hour. So now how do you feel? Do you feel more empowered, more in control, more distant from the supplicant, or do you feel more human, more connected?

We ask you to try one other experiment. As you grant his wish, look in his eyes. Recognize his humanity, and notice that the glance that he sends you in appreciation and how it relates to your own humanity, and notice that's the only way you get it. The only way you are going to get it is from another human being. The only way that you will know that you are human is when someone else shows you you are.

Humans are unique in many ways and one of them is their individuality and their need for connection. These two dynamics, the strong desire to go it alone, to carve your own path, the necessity to do so because of your very make up, is paradoxically coupled with the necessity of dealing with each other, of recognizing each other, of connecting. So in some sense humanity is a paradox. We would almost say, individually you don't seem human; but when you get together, you express your humanity. Are there other questions?

Q. Yes, I have one and it concerns a channel, from March I believe, where you mentioned that we should seek representation on one of the Galactic councils that I believe the Arcturians are connected to or interact with in some way, so I wanted to know what you meant by that? And also, how would we actualize that in terms of how would a representative be selected, how would a representative appear before a Council? Any advice or suggestions you have along those lines would be appreciated.

A. We are open to suggestions ourselves. Each contact scenario plays out a little bit differently, and this one especially so. If you can devise a process that you are happy with, that you feel would be accepted by a significant number of humans, then we can work with that. It may be difficult at the beginning when we don't have facilities on the ground, we don't have an auditorium, a conference hall, to use. But we can begin the discussion in groups such as this, or in more private ones. We can talk to you, and you can talk to us.

But think about the connection with the planet herself. As you devise a process one of the things you will notice is because of your individuality, there is little significance to one individual negotiating or claiming to negotiate with an outside group. However if one of you can speak for the heart of the planet, then she herself has already assimilated all of the intelligence, all of the need, all of the aspiration, of the human collective. So we would suggest that you try to establish a reliable means to express the heart and the higher intelligence of your planet. Just do the best you can to find her and voice her desire. If you do that, then we think you will find a great deal of resonance because each of you within you has a connection to her, and each of you has the ability to recognize her desire, and her heart. As regards the mechanics of speaking to us, we think that any competent channel would be sufficient in the short term. From our side we are also looking at more concrete means to support the discussion, but we haven't yet found a formula or formulation that allows us to interact in the material sphere openly without prejudicing your future. Is there more there, more to the question?

Q. Yes, I just wanted to know about how it would work if a representative was selected and they would communicate through a channel. I mean if the representative selected through the process could be in a particular location, now would the channel have to be the person that would relay requests to the Council, and how would that differ from the many other individuals in the New Age community who claim to already be representatives on these Galactic Councils by virtue of them being able to travel there etherically or through some astral means?

A. One difference is the distinction between the messenger and the message. The messenger is not necessarily a decision maker. If interactions were reviewed by a committee that was representative, then that's a different process from a channel or prophet bringing information without review. So a channel is best seen as a conduit to provide your questions, get your answers, but you would make your decisions in a separate body. Does that answer your question?

A. Are there other questions?

Q. I have one. It's said that humans are multidimensional beings. It seems that in sleep, in dreams, my understanding of what's happening is that I'm experiencing some of those other dimensions; though a psychologist might not say so... they merely acknowledge the physical. I think this channel in the past has said that humans are more identified with the three dimensional. Would you talk about our multidimensional nature?

A. Your primary nature has several aspects. We've discussed the core light of God, the core spiritual light that each of you is open to, that each of you carries. There are several sheaths, as they are called, that filter that light; that move in resonance to that light, that envelope it. One of those sheaths is the physical but there are several others, one of which is responsible for the interpretations, for the experiences, of the dream consciousness.

When you are wearing several layers of clothing, they each have a separate function. The overcoat protects you from the elements. The undergarments provide you physical support. In between you have an opportunity to express your fashion sense. So in the same way, the different sheaths serve different functions. They are used for communication, for expression, for protection, but they are all chosen. In the same way that you dress yourself in the morning, your consciousness, your core consciousness, chooses the vibrations of these different sheaths. And from this mixture, from this combination, you have an experience, a total experience on different levels. Your conscious awareness can shift from one to another. With your cycle of sleeping and waking, in your meditation, sometimes in your angry moments, you shift from one layer to another; you shift your attention from one layer to another. Nevertheless, the constituents are all present that make up the whole human being. That's how it looks from the point of view of consciousness. Does that answer your question?

Q. Yes, that's pretty abstract. I think I have to assimilate what you said. So we are multidimensional at all times, it's not like when we are in the physical we aren't elsewhere?

A. You are never actually in the physical.

Q. It's just an overcoat.

A. It's not even an overcoat. In reality it's a representation of various vibrations, various information, that's sorted and filtered, and arranged in a three or four dimensional matrix. And you come to that illusion with all these various levels of consciousness.

Q. So is that how people can make themselves ill, if there could be other thoughts in their emotions that can manifest in the physical?

A. The illness, we might say, is in the consciousness, and then the physical patterns itself in fidelity with the patterns in the consciousness.

Q. Yes, I have a question. What is your relationship and interaction with the Great White Brotherhood, and how does your role differ in relationship to the spiritual evolution going on in the Earth at this time?

A. They are friends of ours, we might say. Their purpose is primarily spiritual evolution or upliftment. Our purpose is more multifaceted. We are interested in what we might call the galactic experience generally, the day to day, as well as the most ethereal aspects of reality. So we operate and engage on several levels, not just the level of evolutionary advancement. Does that answer your question?

Q. Then who specifically are we communicating with?

A. We've answered once before, the translator's name is Joshuel and we are a committee, a Council.

Q. I have a question, it kind of almost follows that. I said to myself let me think from the manager's a point of view, to the employees, or from the extraterrestrial point of view to the humans, and in as much as they can do that in a small degree. From your perspective, what would you have us to know about you? Let me get it right. What would you have us to know and receive into our consciousness from you? Your wisdom, your experience, you've been through all this what we seem to be going through. What tools of wisdom would you have us receive in our consciousness, so we as humans can advance spiritually, contribute to our fellow humans, facilitate this process of becoming a galactic member, and maturity?

A. Thank you for your question. We would have you know that it is possible to act from love at all times. Now when we say that, we mean it in a couple of different ways. We mean it in the sense that you might expect, that is, it is possible to be graceful and kind, to be generous and compassionate at all times. That is possible. But there is another type of love, a tough love, a love born of experience, born of the school of hard knocks, which isn't always... which doesn't always look... compassionate or generous. Sometimes it looks mean or fierce, but along with that external appearance there is a recognition of connection, there is a recognition of ultimate identity. This type of love is really based on awareness, an awareness of your innate connection. It respects the other as an independent vibration, but as one that has the same core.

And so we would have you know that no matter what the appearance it is always possible to bear in mind that you are connected, and it is possible to live in such a way that every human you encounter, you grant them that glance that helps them to feel human. And we would have you know that if you do that, in every encounter and every glance, you yourself will slowly but surely feel more human. The ability to act forthrightly with a wide spectrum of behaviors and tools, and emotions that you have access to is your heritage, and the willingness to do so is your future.

So perhaps we can suggest an experiment for you. As you go about your daily life notice if there any moments when you feel separate from others you see around you. Are there any others that you judge to be not worthy of your love? And if you find such a one, consider them a gift, an opportunity for you to learn something, and draw your attention to your own heart energy. Enclose them in that energy and ask to receive the gift that they have for you. Ask to receive that glance, that information, that truth that they hold for you. What is it in what they are in your life that's so precious, that's opening you to a facet of yourself that you hadn't known before. What part of what they're doing or how they're acting is something new to you? If you ask this question and if you get this answer... if you get the answer... then you will have learned something, you will have grown. You will have become more universal. Q. I have a question about an individual that has posted on a discussion board... his name is Thor and he claims that he is a former Lyran commander, and that the Lyrans answer to him because of his former position as a 'Supreme Commander', or something along those lines. So I just wanted your clarification about whether or not those memories he claims to have are accurate. And if so, what is the relationship between the Lyrans that are presently interacting with Earth and someone like Thor who is what appears to be a starseed with these memories. Does an individual like Thor continue to have that kind of authority if it's true? I just wish to hear your reflections on that.

A. We know the one that you mean, and we would consider his representations fraudulent. It's difficult to describe exactly how he came to hold the beliefs he does. However, he is not what he seems nor what he claims. The Lyrans do occasionally send representatives to Earth to interact with humanity, but they are not bossy, they are not strident. They are actually very gentle and wise. Was there a purpose to your question?

Q. Yes, I was just wanting a little bit of guidance I guess on how I would deal with an individual making those sorts of claims. Is it best to deal with them in terms of someone with delusional beliefs, or is it the case that they are in fact being manipulated by negative ET groups?

A. This is a good opportunity for discrimination. Going forward, your worlds will expand to encompass many different beings operating at different levels, some of which you can barely discern in your consciousness, others who will be clearly visible. But it is in these intermediate cases where a thought form or set of thought forms presents itself to you that you have to use your judgment. You have to decide how much of your energy will you wrap around that representation. In some sense, each of you makes real your beliefs. If you take your beliefs, whatever they are, set your heart on them, set your mind to them, you act as if they were true. It matters little whether they were true or not, because you hold them to be true. In the same way, an individual with particular beliefs can influence a community, and if they hold that individual in high esteem or in fear, whatever they might do to bring attention to those beliefs, subtly or not so subtly, it becomes part of their reality.

So the choice is really yours. You can embrace this individual in that perspective, use it as training tool, you can sympathize with them, you can even agree with them, you can obey them. It's really up to each individual to decide whether these encounters with foreign belief systems and foreign approaches to reality meets with your approval, meets with your assent. Thor is useful in that he presents an individual perspective, an individuated perspective, that some might say is narcissistic or self centered. It represents that energy, that ability of a human to let the world revolve around them. It is useful for those in your group to see.

There will be other beings like him; other beings with stronger claims who will present themselves. These in a way are test subjects, tests to see how the individuals in your group react. To what degree is Thor's energy acceptable to the group? To what degree is it anathema? It's a measurement, if you will, to see what level of acquiescence, what level of resistance humanity in general, or those in particular, the members of your group, put up to this sort of assertion.

But with all beings you have the opportunity of bringing your attention to your heart and making your own assessment. You are not assessing the being's value per se, what you are assessing is the degree to which and the way in which you wish to interact with this being. It's an individual assessment and it's more relevant, more personal. You don't have to do what everyone else does. You don't have to treat a person in the same way that everyone else does. You can walk away, you can withdraw your energy, if any other being's energy is not to your liking. Keep that in mind as you go forward. Thank you. Are there other questions?

Q. I was wondering about an Act that supposedly was very secretive, The National Economic Security and Recovery Act that supposedly certain world leaders secretly put together and then 9/11 happened and because of the fear, you know, the terrorism and so on, supposedly that Act went underground. But the ideal was to have one world economy, shared monetary system, gold backed. But also to relieve a lot of the debt, you know, individuals who are struggling, as well as countries, third world countries, to have a more equal sharing of the planet's wealth, you might say. And I don't know if this is... also I'm not too political so I don't know where this is going, and I'm hoping this is true and I'm hoping that there's something that we can do as individuals to make this come about.

A. We've addressed this general area before, but what we would say is that the future of your economic system depends partly on you, and partly on us. Bear in mind that one of the consequences of galactic contact is a shift in the basis of value for the economic system. The Yap islanders no longer use large stone circles for their coinage, and in the same way what ever you may imagine to be currency will rapidly transform to one or more of the systems that we use.

So this process of debate, or examination of a fundamental change in the economy becomes moot in the context of an opening to the galactic family. Nevertheless, it is important to determine what balance you feel is most equitable. We would say that NESARA itself presents a rather unbalanced approach. After all, there is a history to the financial relationship and absolving someone of that debt may not be appropriate energetically. The wise thing to do is negotiation, to come to a solution where both sides benefit, where both sides can acknowledge that the choice made of going forward is acceptable. This is the way inequities can be healed, not through a blanket absolution of past relationships.

The desire to end indebtedness and any relationships of powerlessness is appropriate, but the way out is through empowerment rather than absolution. The way out is step by step to change your circumstances, step by step to create the world of your desires. As you think about that world, include in your thoughts, the prosperity of others. Include in your imaginings that all those on the planet have what they need to be happy. Well, look at their choices. Might there be a desire to gift or to borrow financial energy? There could be. There could be reasons that groups get together and empower one member with the collective energy. Whatever system you devise in your mind, be sure you leave it open ended, that you don't limit the possibilities for the future.

Something like NESARA makes it impossible to move in the future in certain directions, and that was its true intent. To give you a vision like a candied apple, something tasty initially but a bit hard on the stomach. In the end you have to work together, the powerful and the seemingly powerless, you have to build a world together. So it's high time you started thinking outside the box, outside of that dynamic. It's high time that you recognize that each of you individually is powerful enough to script a unique life, to bend the entire world to your purposes. So with that knowledge, start to design a system that's free and fair to all. But we would advise that you don't buy in to simple solutions which ignore the past, ignore the history. You want to encompass your heritage, all of it, the good and the bad. Accept and bring forward everything that you are. We'll take two more questions.

Q. I have question, why do we only have seven more years to get our act together, and what will happen at the end of that time if we don't?

A. We stated that the energetic shift that your planet is undergoing would cause it to incorporate what we might term the Reptilian phase into your own. Within seven years you will have them in your midst. This is a consequence of the ascension, the evolution of the planet. It's what we might call a physical shift, a shift in the nature of the material three dimensional world. It's a natural process of integration of different sheaths or levels of the planetary body, or we may say, the planetary consciousness. Does that answer your question fully?

Q. Aren't the Reptilians here already?

A. They are involved in small ways, directly. They also impulse a great number of people with their way of thinking. They have tried to influence your world for many years by instilling a system, a culture more like their own. So in a certain sense, yes they are here already, or at least you would recognize them, you would recognize their way of thinking if you were to meet them in the street. But you don't yet have large numbers walking around in your midst, you are not bumping into them. So while their influence is felt, they personally are not having to make room for you, and you are not having to make room for them.

But your future, if there is to be one, will involve accommodating them, coming to some form of agreement with them. We suspect this time around you will be reticent to accept them as your overlords, we expect that this time around there will be a much heightened consciousness, much lower level of fear, and so you'll need to negotiate. You'll need to find what each of you truly wants.

There is a story on the email and the internet about a collision of a warship with a lighthouse. Each of them communicates to the other asking them to move out of the way. And at first it seems that the warship would get its way, but in the end the lighthouse, being immovable, wins the argument. In the same way, whatever it is that's coming toward you, will move out of the way once it realizes how you are rooted. That you are rooted in the Earth. That you are the immovable ones. Remember that if you hear any threatening noises from them. Remind them of what you are by nature, and they can make up their own minds of whether they want a collision.

In order to do that you will have to realize what your true nature is. Many of you already experience great love for the planet, and this will increase. You will become aware of her as a conscious being. And it's speaking with her voice that you will find most useful in dealing with extraterrestrials. If you can speak with the authority of her voice, then you will be heard, you will be listened to. Does that answer your question?

Q2. I have a follow up to that. Does that imply that it is the Reptilians that some of our government leaders are afraid of when they speak? Well, for example, when Reagan spoke of all humans might unite when they knew that there was an alien or extraterrestrial, I forgot his words, invasion or something to that effect? And does it also imply that they are on a spaceship coming in our direction and will arrive here in that seven year period?

A. The Reptilians are indigenous, they are actually what we may call a shadow part of the Earth system. They are among you in a phased space, they are traveling on the planet's journey just as you are. However, they weren't invited on the journey, they merely highjacked the planet and so they have no legitimacy.

When a political leader speaks of aliens generally they are speaking of an unspecific threat. Generally they are speaking from a level of consciousness that sees a technological advantage or an informational advantage as being paramount. They are not yet aware of the beauties and the potentials of a true partnership with an advanced race. And so their warnings are really something that reflects their strategy, that reflects their way of thinking and their way of reacting from a perceived position of powerlessness.

It's possible to agree with the leaders and remain in a consciousness of powerlessness. We greet you in the love and in the light of our infinite Creator. We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the pattern of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same. At this time we would be glad to attempt to speak to any subject or question which those entities in the room may have potential use in the requesting.
Questioner: Do you have a specific purpose, and if so, could you tell us something of what your purpose is?
Ra: I am Ra. We communicate now. We are those who are of the Law of One. In our vibration the polarities are harmonized; the complexities are simplified; the paradoxes have a solution. We are one. That is our nature and our purpose. We are old upon your planet and have served with varying degrees of success in transmitting the Law of One, of Unity, of Singleness to your peoples. We have walked your planet. We have seen the faces of your peoples. However, we now feel the great responsibility of staying in the capacity of removing the distortions and powers that have been given to the Law of One. We will continue in this, until, shall we say, your cycle is appropriately ended. If not this one, then the next. We are not a part of time and, thus, are able to be with you in any of your times.

Questioner: I’ve heard of the name “Ra” in connection with the Egyptians. Are you connected with that Ra in any way?
Ra: I am Ra. Yes, the connection is congruency. May we elucidate? What do you not understand?
Questioner: Could you give me a little more detail about your role with the Egyptians?
Ra: I am Ra. The identity of the vibration Ra is our identity. We as a group, or what you would call a social memory complex, made contact with a race of your planetary kind which you call Egyptians. Others from our density made contact at the same time in South America, and the so-called “lost cities” were their attempts to contribute to the Law of One. We spoke to one who heard and understood and was in a position to decree the Law of One. However, the priests and peoples of that era quickly distorted our message, robbing it of the, shall we say, compassion with which unity is informed by its very nature. Since it contains all, it cannot abhor any.
When we were no longer able to have appropriate channels through which to enunciate the Law of One, we removed ourselves from the now hypocritical position which we had allowed ourselves to be placed in. Other myths, shall we say, having more to do with polarity and the things of your vibration that are complex, again took over in that particular society/complex.

Questioner: Can you tell me a little more about the word, “balancing,” as we are using it?
Ra: I am Ra. Picture, if you will, the One Infinite. You have no picture. Thus, the process begins. Love creating light, becoming love/light, streams into the planetary sphere according to the electromagnetic web of points or nexi of entrance. These streamings are then available to the individual who, like the planet, is a web of electromagnetic energy fields with points or nexi of entrance.

In a balanced individual each energy center is balanced and functioning brightly and fully. The blockages of your planetary sphere cause some distortion of intelligent energy. The blockages of the mind/body/spirit complex further distort or unbalance this energy. There is one energy. It may be understood as love/light or light/love or intelligent energy.

Questioner: Am I correct to assume that one of the blockages of the mind/body/spirit complex might be, shall we say, ego, and this could be balanced using a worthiness/unworthiness balance. Am I correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect.

Questioner: Can you tell me how you balance the ego?

Ra: I am Ra. We cannot work with this concept as it is misapplied and understanding cannot come from it.

Questioner: How does an individual go about balancing himself? What is the first step?

Ra: I am Ra. The steps are only one; that is, an understanding of the energy centers which make up the mind/body/spirit complex. This understanding may be briefly summarized as follows. The first balancing is of the Malkuth, or Earth, vibratory energy complex, called the red-ray complex. An understanding and acceptance of this energy is fundamental. The next energy complex, which may be blocked is the emotional, or personal complex, also known as the orange-ray complex. This blockage will often demonstrate itself as personal eccentricities or distortions with regard to selfconscious understanding or acceptance of self.

The third blockage resembles most closely that which you have called ego. It is the yellow-ray or solar plexus center. Blockages in this center will often manifest as distortions toward power manipulation and other social behaviors concerning those close and those associated with the mind/body/spirit complex. Those with blockages in these first three energy centers, or nexi, will have continuing difficulties in ability to further their seeking of the Law of One.

The center of heart, or green-ray, is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, to infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion.

The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes.

The next center is the pineal or indigo-ray center. Those blocked in this center may experience a lessening of the influx of intelligent energy due to manifestations which appear as unworthiness. This is that of which you spoke. As you can see, this is but one of many distortions due to the several points of energy influx into the mind/body/spirit complex. The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity.

The remaining center of energy influx is simply the total expression of the entity’s vibratory complex of mind, body, and spirit. It is as it will be, “balanced” or “imbalanced” has no meaning at this energy level, for it gives and takes in its own balance. Whatever the distortion may be, it cannot be manipulated as can the others and, therefore, has no particular importance in viewing the balancing of an entity.

Questioner: You previously gave us information on what we should do in balancing. Is there any publishable information you can give us now about particular exercises or methods of balancing these energy centers?

Ra: I am Ra. The exercises given for publication seen in comparison with the material now given are in total a good beginning. It is important to allow each seeker to enlighten itself rather than for any messenger to attempt in language to teach/learn for the entity, thus being teach/learner and learn/teacher. This is not in balance with your third density. We learn from you. We teach to you. Thus, we teach/learn. If we learned for you, this would cause imbalance in the direction of the distortion of free will. There are other items of information allowable. However, you have not yet reached these items in your line of questioning and it is our belief/feeling complex that the questioner shall shape this material in such a way that your mind/body/spirit complexes shall have entry to it, thus we answer your queries as they arise in your mind complex.

Questioner: We have decided to accept, if offered, the honor/duty of learning/teaching the healing process. I would ask as to the first step which we should accomplish in becoming effective healers.
Ra: I am Ra. We shall begin with the first of the three teachings/learnings. We begin with the mental learn/teaching necessary for contact with intelligent infinity. The prerequisite of mental work is the ability to retain silence of self at a steady state when required by the self. The mind must be opened like a door. The key is silence.

Within the door lies an hierarchical construction you may liken unto geography and in some ways geometry, for the hierarchy is quite regular, bearing inner relationships.

To begin to master the concept of mental disciplines it is necessary to examine the self. The polarity of your dimension must be internalized. Where you find patience within your mind you must consciously find the corresponding impatience and vice versa. Each thought a being has, has in its turn an antithesis. The disciplines of the mind involve, first of all, identifying both those things of which you approve and those things of which you disapprove within yourself, and then balancing each and every positive and negative charge with its equal. The mind contains all things. Therefore, you must discover this completeness within yourself.

The second mental discipline is acceptance of the completeness within your consciousness. It is not for a being of polarity in the physical consciousness to pick and choose among attributes, thus building the roles that cause blockages and confusions in the already distorted mind complex. Each acceptance smoothes part of the many distortions that the faculty you call judgment engenders.

The third discipline of the mind is a repetition of the first but with the gaze outward toward the fellow entities that it meets. In each entity there exists completeness. Thus, the ability to understand each balance is necessary. When you view patience, you are responsible for mirroring in your mental understandings, patience/impatience. When you view impatience, it is necessary for your mental configuration of understanding to be impatience/patience. We use this as a simple example. Most configurations of mind have many facets, and understanding of either self polarities, or what you would call other-self polarities, can and must be understood as subtle work.

The next step is the acceptance of the other-self polarities, which mirrors the second step. These are the first four steps of learning mental disciplines. The fifth step involves observing the geographical and geometrical relationships and ratios of the mind, the other mind, the mass mind, and the infinite mind.

The second area of learn/teaching is the study/understanding of the body complexes. It is necessary to know your body well. This is a matter of using the mind to examine how the feelings, the biases, what you would call the emotions, affect various portions of the body complex. It shall be necessary to both understand the bodily polarity and to accept them, repeating in a chemical/physical manifestation the work you have done upon the mind bethinking the consciousness.

The body is a creature of the mind’s creation. It has its biases. The biological bias must be first completely understood and then the opposite bias allowed to find full expression in understanding. Again, the process of acceptance of the body as a balanced, as well as polarized, individual may then be accomplished. It is then the task to extend this understanding to the bodies of the other-selves whom you will meet.

The simplest example of this is the understanding that each biological male is female; each biological female is male. This is a simple example. However, in almost every case wherein you are attempting the understanding of the body of self or other-self, you will again find that the most subtle discernment is necessary in order to fully grasp the polarity complexes involved.

We proceed now with the third part of the teach/learning concerning the development of the energy powers of healing.

The third area is the spiritual complex which embodies the fields of force and consciousness which are the least distorted of your mind/body/spirit complex. The exploration and balancing of the spirit complex is indeed the longest and most subtle part of your learn/teaching. We have considered the mind as a tree. The mind controls the body. With the mind single-pointed, balanced, and aware, the body comfortable in whatever biases and distortions make it appropriately balanced for that instrument, the instrument is then ready to proceed with the greater work.

That is the work of wind and fire. The spiritual body energy field is a pathway, or channel. When body and mind are receptive and open, then the spirit can become a functioning shuttle or communicator from the entity’s individual energy/will upwards, and from the streamings of the creative fire and wind downwards.

The healing ability, like all other, what this instrument would call, paranormal abilities, is affected by the opening of a pathway or shuttle into intelligent infinity. There are many upon your plane who have a random hole or gateway in their spirit energy field, sometimes created by the ingestion of chemicals such as, what this instrument would call LSD, who are able, randomly and without control, to tap into energy sources. They may or may not be entities who wish to serve. The purpose of carefully and consciously opening this channel is to serve in a more dependable way, in a more commonplace or usual way, as seen by the distortion complex of the healer. To others there may appear to be miracles. To the one who has carefully opened the door to intelligent infinity this is ordinary; this is commonplace; this is as it should be. The life experience becomes somewhat transformed. The great work goes on.

At this time we feel these exercises suffice for your beginning. We will, at a future time, when you feel you have accomplished that which is set before you, begin to guide you into a more precise understanding of the functions and uses of this gateway in the experience of healing.

Questioner: I have a question here that I will read: “Much of the mystic tradition of seeking on Earth holds the belief that the individual self must be erased or obliterated and the material world ignored for the individual to reach ‘nirvana,’ as it is called, or enlightenment. What is the proper role of the individual self and its worldly activities to aid an individual to grow more into the Law of One?”
Ra: I am Ra. The proper role of the entity is in this density to experience all things desired, to then analyze, understand, and accept these experiences, distilling from them the love/light within them. Nothing shall be overcome. That which is not needed falls away.

The orientation develops due to analysis of desire. These desires become more and more distorted towards conscious application of love/light as the entity furnishes itself with distilled experience. We have found it to be inappropriate in the extreme to encourage the overcoming of any desires, except to suggest the imagination rather than the carrying out in the physical plane, as you call it, of those desires not consonant with the Law of One, thus preserving the primal distortion of free will.

The reason it is unwise to overcome is that overcoming is an unbalanced action creating difficulties in balancing in the time/space continuum. Overcoming, thus, creates the further environment for holding on to that which apparently has been overcome.

All things are acceptable in the proper time for each entity, and in experiencing, in understanding, in accepting, in then sharing with otherselves, the appropriate distortion shall be moving away from distortions of one kind to distortions of another which may be more consonant with the Law of One.

It is, shall we say, a shortcut to simply ignore or overcome any desire. It must instead be understood and accepted. This takes patience and experience which can be analyzed with care, with compassion for self and for other-self.

Ra: The key to balance may then be seen in the unstudied, spontaneous, and honest response of entities toward experiences, thus using experience to the utmost, then applying the balancing exercises and achieving the proper attitude for the most purified spectrum of energy center manifestation in violet ray. This is why the brilliance or rotational speed of the energy centers is not considered above the balanced aspect or violet ray manifestation of an entity in regarding harvestability; for those entities which are unbalanced, especially as to the primary rays, will not be capable of sustaining the impact of the love and light of intelligent infinity to the extent necessary for harvest.

Questioner: I am going to make a statement and ask you to comment on its degree of accuracy. I am assuming that the balanced entity would not be swayed either towards positive or negative emotions by any situation which he might confront. By remaining unemotional in any situation, the balanced entity may clearly discern the appropriate and necessary responses in harmony with the Law of One for each situation. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is an incorrect application of the balancing which we have discussed. The exercise of first experiencing feelings and then consciously discovering their antitheses within the being has as its objective not the smooth flow of feelings both positive and negative while remaining unswayed but rather the objective of becoming unswayed. This is a simpler result and takes much practice, shall we say.

The catalyst of experience works in order for the learn/teachings of this density to occur. However, if there is seen in the being a response, even if it is simply observed, the entity is still using the catalyst for learn/teaching. The end result is that the catalyst is no longer needed. Thus this density is no longer needed. This is not indifference or objectivity but a finely tuned compassion and love which sees all things as love. This seeing elicits no response due to catalytic reactions. Thus the entity is now able to become co-Creator of experiential occurrences. This is the truer balance.

Questioner: I will attempt to make an analogy. If an animal, shall I say, a bull, in a pen attacks you because you have wandered into his pen, you get out of his way rapidly but you do not blame him. You do not have much of an emotional response other than the response that he might damage you. However, if you encounter another self in his territory and he attacks you, your response may be more of an emotional nature creating physical bodily responses. Am I correct in assuming that when your response to the animal and to the other-self is that of seeing both as Creator and loving both and understanding their action in attacking you is the action of their free will then you have balanced yourself correctly in this area? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is basically correct. However, the balanced entity will see in the seeming attack of an other-self the causes of this action which are, in most cases, of a more complex nature than the cause of the attack of the second-density bull as was your example. Thus this balanced entity would be open to many more opportunities for service to a third-density other-self.

Questioner: Would a perfectly balanced entity feel any emotional response in being attacked by the other-self?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. The response is love.

Questioner: In the illusion that we now experience it is difficult to maintain this response especially if the attack results in physical pain, but I assume that this response should be maintained even through physical pain or loss of life. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct and further is of a major or principle importance in understanding, shall we say, the principle of balance. Balance is not indifference but rather the observer not blinded by any feelings of separation but rather fully imbued with love.

Questioner: In the last session you made the statement that “We, that is Ra, spent much time/space in the fifth-density balancing the intense compassion that we had gained in the fourth-density.” Could you expand on this concept with respect to the material you just discussed?

Ra: I am Ra. The fourth-density, as we have said, abounds in compassion. This compassion is folly when seen through the eyes of wisdom. It is the salvation of third-density but creates a mismatch in the ultimate balance of the entity.

Thus we, as a social memory complex of fourth-density, had the tendency towards compassion even to martyrdom in aid of other-selves. When the fifth-density harvest was achieved we found that in this vibratory level flaws could be seen in the efficacy of such unrelieved compassion. We spent much time/space in contemplation of those ways of the Creator which imbue love with wisdom.

Questioner: I would like to try to make an analogy for third-density of this concept. Many entities here feel great compassion for relieving the physical problems of third-density other-selves by administering to them in many ways, with food if there is hunger as there is now in the African nations, by bringing them medicine if they feel that there is a need to minister to them medically, and being selfless in all of these services to a very great extent.

This is creating a vibration that is in harmony with green-ray or fourth-density but it is not balanced with the understanding of fifth-density that these entities are experiencing catalysts and a more balanced administration to their needs would be to provide them with the learning necessary to reach the state of awareness of fourth-density than it would be to minister to their physical needs at this time. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. To a mind/body/spirit complex which is starving, the appropriate response is the feeding of the body. You may extrapolate from this.

On the other hand, however, you are correct in your assumption that the green ray response is not as refined as that which has been imbued with wisdom. This wisdom enables the entity to appreciate its contributions to the planetary consciousness by the quality of its being without regard to activity or behavior which expects results upon visible planes.

Questioner: Then why do we have the extreme starvation problem in, generally, the area of Africa at this time? Is there any metaphysical reason for this, or is it purely random?

Ra: I am Ra. Your previous assumption was correct as to the catalytic action of this starvation and ill health. However, it is within the free will of an entity to respond to this plight of otherselves, and the offering of the needed foodstuffs and substances is an appropriate response within the framework of your learn/teachings at this time which involve the growing sense of love for and service to other-selves.

Questioner: What is the difference in terms of energy center activation between a person who represses emotional responses to emotionally charged situations and the person who is balanced and, therefore, truly unswayed by emotionally charged situations?

Ra: I am Ra. This query contains an incorrect assumption. To the truly balanced entity no situation would be emotionally charged. With this understood, we may say the following: The repression of emotions depolarizes the entity in so far as it then chooses not to use the catalytic action of the space/time present in a spontaneous manner, thus dimming the energy centers. There is, however, some polarization towards positive if the cause of this repression is consideration for other-selves. The entity which has worked long enough with the catalyst to be able to feel the catalyst but not find it necessary to express reactions is not yet balanced but suffers no depolarization due to the transparency of its experiential continuum. Thus the gradual increase in the ability to observe one’s reaction and to know the self will bring the self ever closer to a true balance.

Patience is requested and suggested, for the catalyst is intense upon your plane and its use must be appreciated over a period of consistent learn/teaching.

Questioner: How can a person know when he is unswayed by an emotionally charged situation or if he is repressing the flow of emotions, or if he is in balance and truly unswayed?

Ra: I am Ra. We have spoken to this point. Therefore, we shall briefly iterate that to the balanced entity no situation has an emotional charge but is simply a situation like any other in which the entity may or may not observe an opportunity to be of service. The closer an entity comes to this attitude the closer an entity is to balance. You may note that it is not our recommendation that reactions to catalyst be repressed or suppressed unless such reactions would be a stumbling block not consonant with the Law of One to an other-self. It is far, far better to allow the experience to express itself in order that the entity may then make fuller use of this catalyst.

Questioner: How can an individual assess what energy centers within its being are activated and in no immediate need of attention and which energy centers are not activated and are in need of immediate attention?

Ra: I am Ra. The thoughts of an entity, its feelings or emotions, and least of all its behavior are the signposts for the teaching/learning of self by self. In the analysis of one’s experiences of a diurnal cycle an entity may assess what it considers to be inappropriate thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and emotions. In examining these inappropriate activities of mind, body, and spirit complexes the entity may then place these distortions in the proper vibrational ray and thus see where work is needed.

Questioner: I am going to make a statement and have you comment on it for its correctness. The statement is: When the Creator’s light is split or divided into colors and energy centers for experience, then in order to reunite with the Creator the energy centers must be balanced exactly the same as the split light was as it originated from the Creator. Is this correct?


Ra: I am Ra. To give this query a simple answer would be nearly impossible.

We shall simplify by concentrating upon what we consider to be the central idea towards which you are striving. We have, many times now, spoken about the relative importance of balancing as opposed to the relative unimportance of maximal activation of each energy center. The reason is as you have correctly surmised. Thusly the entity is concerned, if it be upon the path of positive harvestability, with the regularizing of the various energies of experience. Thus the most fragile entity may be more balanced than one with extreme energy and activity in service-to-others due to the fastidiousness with which the will is focused upon the use of experience in knowing the self. The densities beyond your own give the minimally balanced individual much time/space and space/time with which to continue to refine these inner balances.—



Questioner: I would like to ask questions about healing exercises. The first is, in the healing exercises concerning the body, what do you mean by the disciplines of the body having to do with the balance between love and wisdom in the use of the body in its natural functions?

Ra: I am Ra. We shall speak more briefly than usual due to this instrument’s use of the transferred energy. We, therefore, request further queries if our reply is not sufficient.

The body complex has natural functions. Many of these have to do with the unmanifested self and are normally not subject to the need for balancing. There are natural functions which have to do with other-self. Among these are touching, loving, the sexual life, and those times when the company of another is craved to combat the type of loneliness which is the natural function of the body as opposed to those types of loneliness which are of the mind/emotion complex or of the spirit.

When these natural functions may be observed in the daily life they may be examined in order that the love of self and love of other-self versus the wisdom regarding the use of natural functions may be observed. There are many fantasies and stray thoughts which may be examined in most of your peoples in this balancing process.

Equally to be balanced is the withdrawal from the need for these natural functions with regard to other-self. On the one hand there is an excess of love. It must be determined whether this is love of self or other-self or both. On the other hand there is an over-balance towards wisdom.

It is well to know the body complex so that it is an ally, balanced and ready to be clearly used as a tool, for each bodily function may be used in higher and higher, if you will, complexes of energy with other-self. No matter what the behavior, the important balancing is the understanding of each interaction on this level with other-selves so that whether the balance may be love/wisdom or wisdom/love, the other-self is seen by the self in a balanced configuration and the self is thus freed for further work.

Questioner: The last question here says that it would seem the proper balancing exercises for all the sensations of the body would be some sort of inactivity such as meditation or contemplation. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is largely incorrect. The balancing requires a meditative state in order for the work to be done. However, the balancing of sensation has to do with an analysis of the sensation with especial respect to any unbalanced leaning between the love and the wisdom or the positive and the negative. Then whatever is lacking in the balanced sensation is, as in all balancing, allowed to come into the being after the sensation is remembered and recalled in such detail as to overwhelm the senses.

Questioner: I have a question here from (name). It states: “As we see compassion developing in ourselves is it more appropriate to balance this compassion with wisdom or to allow the compassion to develop as much as possible without being balanced”?

Ra: I am Ra. This query borders upon that type of question to which answers are unavailable due to the free-will prohibitions upon information from teach/learners.

To the student of the balancing process we may suggest that the most stringent honesty be applied. As compassion is perceived it is suggested that, in balancing, this perception be analyzed. It may take many, many essays into compassion before true universal love is the product of the attempted opening and crystallization of this all-important springboard energy center. Thus the student may discover many other components to what may seem to be all-embracing love. Each of these components may be balanced and accepted as part of the self and as transitional material as the entity’s seat of learn/teaching moves ever more clearly into the green ray.

When it is perceived that universal love has been achieved the next balancing may or may not be wisdom. If the adept is balancing manifestations it is indeed appropriate to balance universal love and wisdom. If the balancing is of mind or spirit there are many subtleties to which the adept may give careful consideration. Love and wisdom, like love and light, are not black and white, shall we say, but faces of the same coin, if you will. Therefore, it is not, in all cases, that balancing consists of a movement from compassion to wisdom.

We may suggest at all times the constant remembrance of the density from which each adept desires to move. This density learns the lessons of love. In the case of Wanderers there are half-forgotten overlays of other lessons and other densities. We shall leave these considerations with the questioner and invite observations which we shall then be most happy to respond to in what may seem to be a more effectual manner.

Questioner: I have a question from Jim and it states: “I think that I have penetrated my lifelong mystery of my anger at making mistakes. I think that I have always been aware subconsciously of my ability to master new learning, but my desire to successfully complete my work on Earth has been energized by the Orion group into irrational and destructive anger when I fail. Could you comment on this observation"?

Ra: I am Ra. We would suggest that as this entity is aware of its position as a Wanderer, it may also consider what pre-incarnative decisions it undertook to make regarding the personal or self-oriented portion of the choosing to be here at this particular time/space. This entity is aware, as stated, that it has great potential, but potential for what? This is the preincarnative question. The work of sixth-density is to unify wisdom and compassion. This entity abounds in wisdom. The compassion it is desirous of balancing has, as its antithesis, lack of compassion. In the more conscious being this expresses or manifests itself as lack of compassion for self. We feel this is the sum of suggested concepts for thought which we may offer at this time without infringement.

Questioner: Is it possible by the use of some technique or other to help an entity to reach fourth-density level in these last days?
Ra: I am Ra. It is impossible to help another being directly. It is only possible to make catalyst available in whatever form, the most important being the radiation of realization of oneness with the Creator from the self, less important being information such as we share with you.

We, ourselves, do not feel an urgency for this information to be widely disseminated. It is enough that we have made it available to three, four, or five. This is extremely ample reward, for if one of these obtains fourth density understanding due to this catalyst then we shall have fulfilled the Law of One in the distortion of service.

We encourage a dispassionate attempt to share information without concern for numbers or quick growth among others. That you attempt to make this information available is, in your terms, your service. The attempt, if it reaches one, reaches all.

We cannot offer shortcuts to enlightenment. Enlightenment is, of the moment, an opening to intelligent infinity. It can only be accomplished by the self, for the self. Another self cannot teach/learn enlightenment, but only teach/learn information, inspiration, or a sharing of love, of mystery, of the unknown that makes the other-self reach out and begin the seeking process that ends in a moment, but who can know when an entity will open the gate to the present?

Questioner: I will make a statement then of my understanding and ask you if I am correct. There is a, what I would call, physical catalyst operating at all times upon the entities in third density. I assume this operates approximately the same way in second density. It is a catalyst which acts through what we call pain and emotion. Is the primary reason for the weakening of the physical body and the elimination of body hair, etc. so that this catalyst would act more strongly upon the mind and therefore create the evolutionary process?

Ra: I am Ra. This is not entirely correct, although closely associated with the distortions of our understanding.

Consider, if you will, the tree for instance. It is self-sufficient. Consider, if you will, the third-density entity. It is self-sufficient only through difficulty and deprivation. It is difficult to learn alone for there is a built-in handicap, at once the great virtue and the great handicap of third density. That is the rational/intuitive mind.

Thus, the weakening of the physical vehicle, as you call it, was designed to distort entities towards a predisposition to deal with each other. Thus, the lessons which approach a knowing of love can be begun.

This catalyst then is shared between peoples as an important part of each self’s development as well as the experiences of the self in solitude and the synthesis of all experience through meditation. The quickest way to learn is to deal with other-selves. This is a much greater catalyst than dealing with the self. Dealing with the self without other-selves is akin to living without what you would call mirrors. Thus, the self cannot see the fruits of its being-ness. Thus, each may aid each by reflection. This is also a primary reason for the weakening of the physical vehicle, as you call the physical complex.

Questioner: Thank you. As we near the end of this master cycle there may be an increasing amount of catalyst for entities. I am wondering if, as the planetary vibrations mismatch somewhat with the fourth-density vibrations and catalyst is increased, if this will create more polarization thereby getting a slightly greater harvest?
Ra: I am Ra. The question must be answered in two parts. Firstly, the planetary catastrophes, as you may call them, are a symptom of the difficult harvest rather than a consciously programmed catalyst for harvest. Thus we do not concern ourselves with it, for it is random in respect to conscious catalyst such as we may make available.

The second portion is this: the results of the random catalyst of what you call the earth changes are also random. Thus we may see probability/possibility vortices going towards positive and negative. However, it will be as it will be. The true opportunities for conscious catalyst are not a function of the earth changes but of the result of the seniority system of incarnations which at the time of the harvest has placed in incarnation those whose chances of using life experiences to become harvestable are the best.

Questioner: Is this seniority system also used in the service to self side for becoming harvestable on that side?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. You may ask one more full question at this time.

Questioner: What I would like for you to do is list all the major mechanisms designed to provide catalytic experience that do not include interaction with other-self. That is the first part.

Ra: I am Ra. We grasp from this question that you realize that the primary mechanism for catalytic experience in third-density is other-self. The list of other catalytic influences: firstly, the Creator’s universe; secondly, the self.

Questioner: Can you list any sub-headings under self or ways the self is acted upon catalytically which would produce experience?

Ra: I am Ra. Firstly, the self unmanifested. Secondly, the self in relation to the societal self created by self and other-self. Thirdly, the interaction between self and the gadgets, toys, and amusements of the self, other-self invention. Fourthly, the self relationship with those attributes which you may call war and rumors of war.

Questioner: I was thinking possibly of the catalyst of physical pain. Does this go under this heading?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct, it going under the heading of the unmanifested self; that is, the self which does not need other-self in order to manifest or act.

Questioner: Do we have enough time left to ask the second part of this question which is to list all major mechanisms designed to provide the catalyst that include action with other-self?

Ra: I am Ra. You have much time for this, for we may express this list in one of two ways. We could speak infinitely, or we could simply state that any interaction betwixt self and other-self has whatever potential for catalyst that there exists in the potential difference between self and other-self, this moderated and undergirded by the constant fact of the Creator as self and as other-self. You may ask to this question further if you wish specific information.

Questioner: I believe that this is sufficient for the time being.

Questioner: Can you give me examples of catalytic action from the last session beginning with the self unmanifested producing learning catalyst?

Ra: I am Ra. We observed your interest in the catalyst of pain. This experience is most common among your entities. The pain may be of the physical complex. More often it is of the mental and emotional complex. In some few cases the pain is spiritual in complex-nature. This creates a potential for learning. The lessons to be learned vary. Almost always these lessons include patience, tolerance, and the ability for the light touch.

Very often the catalyst for emotional pain, whether it be the death of the physical complex of one other-self which is loved or other seeming loss, will simply result in the opposite, in a bitterness and impatience, a souring. This is catalyst which has gone awry. In these cases then there will be additional catalyst provided to offer the unmanifested self further opportunities for discovering the self as all-sufficient Creator containing all that there is and full of joy.

Questioner: Do what we call contagious diseases play any part in this process with respect to the unmanifested self?

Ra: I am Ra. These so-called contagious diseases are those entities of second-density which offer an opportunity for this type of catalyst. If this catalyst is unneeded, then these second-density creatures, as you would call them, do not have an effect. In each of these generalizations you may please note that there are anomalies so that we cannot speak to every circumstance but only to the general run or way of things as you experience them.

Questioner: What part do what we call birth defects play in this process?

Ra: I am Ra. This is a portion of the programming of the mind/body/spirit complex totality manifested in the mind/body/spirit of third-density. These defects are planned as limitations which are part of the experience intended by the entity’s totality complex. This includes genetic predispositions, as you may call them.

Questioner: Thank you. Can you give me the same type of information about the self in relation to the societal self?

Ra: I am Ra. The unmanifested self may find its lessons those which develop any of the energy influx centers of the mind/body/spirit complex.

The societal and self interactions most often concentrate upon the second and third energy centers. Thus those most active in attempting to remake or alter the society are those working from feelings of being correct personally or of having answers which will put power in a more correct configuration. This may be seen to be of a full travel from negative to positive in orientation. Either will activate these energy ray centers.

There are some few whose desires to aid society are of a green ray nature or above. These entities, however, are few due to the understanding, may we say, of fourth ray that universal love freely given is more to be desired than principalities or even the rearrangement of peoples or political structures.

Questioner: If an entity were to be strongly biased toward positive societal effects, what would this do to his yellow ray in the aura as opposed to an entity who wanted to create an empire of society and govern it with an iron fist?

Ra: I am Ra. Let us take two such positively oriented active souls no longer in your physical time/space. The one known as Albert went into a strange and, to it, a barbaric society in order that it might heal. This entity was able to mobilize great amounts of energy and what you call money. This entity spent much green ray energy both as a healer and as a lover of your instrument known as the organ. This entity’s yellow ray was bright and crystallized by the efforts needed to procure the funds to promulgate its efforts. However, the green and blue rays were of a toweringly brilliant nature as well. The higher levels, as you may call them, being activated, the lower, as you may call them, energy points remaining in a balance, being quite, quite bright.

The other example is the entity, Martin. This entity dealt in a great degree with rather negative orange ray and yellow ray vibratory patterns. However, this entity was able to keep open the green ray energy and due to the severity of its testing, if anything, this entity may be seen to have polarized more towards the positive due to its fidelity to service to others in the face of great catalyst.

Questioner: Could you give me the last names of Albert and Martin?

Ra: I am Ra. These entities are known to you as Albert Schweitzer and Martin Luther King.

Questioner: I thought that that was correct, but I wasn’t sure. Can you give me the same type of information that we have been getting here with respect to the unmanifested interacting between self and gadgets and toys and inventions?

Ra: I am Ra. In this particular instance we again concentrate for the most part in the orange and in the yellow energy centers. In a negative sense many of the gadgets among your peoples, that is what you call your communication devices and other distractions such as the less competitive games, may be seen to have the distortion of keeping the mind/body/spirit complex unactivated so that yellow and orange ray activity is much weakened thus carefully decreasing the possibility of eventual green ray activation.

Others of your gadgets may be seen to be tools whereby the entity explores the capabilities of its physical or mental complexes and in some few cases, the spiritual complex, thus activating the orange ray in what you call your team sports and in other gadgets such as your modes of transport. These may be seen to be ways of investigating the feelings of power; more especially, power over others or a group power over another group of otherselves.

Questioner: What is the general overall effect of television on our society with respect to this catalyst?

Ra: I am Ra. Without ignoring the green ray attempts of many to communicate via this medium such information of truth and beauty as may be helpful, we must suggest that the sum effect of this gadget is that of distraction and sleep.

Questioner: Can you give me the same type of information that we are working on now with respect to war and rumors of war?

Ra: I am Ra. You may see this in relationship to your gadgets. This war and self relationship is a fundamental perception of the maturing entity. There is a great chance to accelerate in whatever direction is desired. One may polarize negatively by assuming bellicose attitudes for whatever reason. One may find oneself in the situation of war and polarize somewhat towards the positive activating orange, yellow, and then green rays by heroic, if you may call them this, actions taken to preserve the mind/body/spirit complexes of other-selves.

Finally, one may polarize very strongly third ray by expressing the principle of universal love at the total expense of any distortion towards involvement in bellicose actions. In this way the entity may become a conscious being in a very brief span of your time/space. This may be seen to be what you would call a traumatic progression. It is to be noted that among your entities a large percentage of all progression has as catalyst, trauma.

Questioner: You just used the term third ray in that statement. Was that the term you meant to use?

Ra: I am Ra. We intended the green ray. Our difficulty lies in our perception of red ray and violet ray as fixed; thus the inner rays are those which are varying and are to be observed as those indications of seniority in the attempts to form an harvest.

Questioner: In previous communications you have spoken of the mind/body/spirit complex totality. Would you please give us a definition of the mind/body/spirit complex totality?

Ra: I am Ra. There is a dimension in which time does not have sway. In this dimension, the mind/body/spirit in its eternal dance of the present may be seen in totality, and before the mind/body/spirit complex which then becomes a part of the social memory complex is willingly absorbed into the allness of the one Creator, the entity knows itself in its totality.

This mind/body/spirit complex totality functions as, shall we say, a resource for what you perhaps would call the higher self. The higher self, in turn, is a resource for examining the distillations of third-density experience and programming further experience. This is also true of densities four, five, and six with the mind/body/spirit complex totality coming into consciousness in the course of seventh density.

Questioner: Then would the mind/body/spirit complex totality be responsible for programming changes in catalyst during a third-density experience of the mind/body/spirit complex so that the proper catalyst would be added, shall we say, as conditions for the complex changed during third-density experience?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The higher self, as you call it, that is, that self which exists with full understanding of the accumulation of experiences of the entity, aids the entity in achieving healing of the experiences which have not been learned properly and assists as you have indicated in further life experience programming, as you may call it.

The mind/body/spirit complex totality is that which may be called upon by the higher self aspect just as the mind/body/spirit complex calls upon the higher self. In the one case you have a structured situation within the space/time continuum with the higher self having available to it the totality of experiences which have been collected by an entity and a very firm grasp of the lessons to be learned in this density.

The mind/body/spirit complex totality is as the shifting sands and is in some part a collection of parallel developments of the same entity. This information is made available to the higher self aspect. This aspect may then use these projected probability/possibility vortices in order to better aid in what you would call future life programming.

Questioner: Out of the Seth Material we have a statement in which Seth says that each entity here on Earth is one part of or aspect of a higher self or Oversoul which has many aspects or parts in many dimensions all of which learn lessons which allow the higher self to progress in a balanced manner. Am I to understand from this that there are many experiences similar to the one which we experience in the third-density which are governed by a single higher self?

Ra: I am Ra. The correctness of this statement is variable. The more in balance an entity becomes, the less the possibility/probability vortices may need to be explored in parallel experiences.

Questioner: Do I understand from this then that the higher self or Oversoul may break down into numerous units if the experience is required to what we would call simultaneously experience different types of catalysts and then oversee these experiences?

Ra: I am Ra. This is a statement we cannot say to be correct or incorrect due to the confusions of what you call time. True simultaneity is available only when all things are seen to be occurring at once. This overshadows the concept of which you speak. The concept of various parts of the being living experiences of varying natures simultaneously is not precisely accurate due to your understanding that this would indicate that this was occurring with true simultaneity. This is not the case.

The case is from universe to universe and parallel existences can then be programmed by the higher self, given the information available from the mind/body/spirit complex totality regarding the probability/possibility vortices at any crux.

Questioner: Could you give an example of how this programming by the higher self would then bring about education through parallel experiences?

Ra: I am Ra. Perhaps the simplest example of this apparent simultaneity of existence of two selves, which are in truth one self at the same time/space, is this: the Oversoul, as you call it, or higher self, seems to exist simultaneously with the mind/body/spirit complex which it aids. This is not actually simultaneous, for the higher self is moving to the mind/body/spirit complex as needed from a position in development of the entity which would be considered in the future of this entity.

Questioner: Then the higher self operates from the future as we understand things. In other words my higher self would operate from what I consider to be my future? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. From the standpoint of your space/time, this is correct.

Questioner: In that case my higher self would have a very large advantage in knowing what was needed since it would know, as far as I am concerned, what was going to happen. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect, in that this would be an abrogation of free will. The higher self aspect is aware of the lessons learned through the sixth density. The progress rate is fairly well understood. The choices which must be made to achieve the higher self as it is are in the provenance of the mind/body/spirit complex itself.

Thus the higher self is like the map in which the destination is known; the roads are very well known, these roads being designed by intelligent infinity working through intelligent energy. However, the higher self aspect can program only for the lessons and certain predisposing limitations if it wishes. The remainder is completely the free choice of each entity. There is the perfect balance between the known and the unknown.

Questioner: If an entity polarizes toward the service-to-self path, would anger have the same physical effect that it would have on the entity polarizing on the service-to-others path? Would it also cause cancer, or is it just a catalytic effect working in the positively polarizing entity?
Ra: I am Ra. The catalytic mechanisms are dependent, not upon the chosen polarity of a mind/body/spirit complex, but upon the use or purpose to which this catalyst is put. Thus the entity which uses the experience of anger to polarize consciously positively or negatively does not experience the bodily catalyst but rather uses the catalyst in mental configuration.

Questioner: I am not sure that I understand that. Let’s take some examples: an entity polarizing toward the negative path becomes angry. Let’s take the condition where he develops a cancer. What is the principle that is at work for him?

RA: I am Ra. We see the thrust of your query and will respond at variance with the specific query if that meets with your approval.

Questioner: Certainly.

Ra: The entity polarizing positively perceives the anger. This entity, if using this catalyst mentally, blesses and loves this anger in itself. It then intensifies this anger consciously in mind alone until the folly of this red-ray energy is perceived not as folly in itself but as energy subject to spiritual entropy due to the randomness of energy being used.

Positive orientation then provides the will and faith to continue this mentally intense experience of letting the anger be understood, accepted, and integrated with the mind/body/spirit complex. The other-self which is the object of anger is thus transformed into an object of acceptance, understanding, and accommodation, all being reintegrated using the great energy which anger began.

The negatively oriented mind/body/spirit complex will use this anger in a similarly conscious fashion, refusing to accept the undirected or random energy of anger and instead, through will and faith, funneling this energy into a practical means of venting the negative aspect of this emotion so as to obtain control over other-self, or otherwise control the situation causing anger.

Control is the key to negatively polarized use of catalyst. Acceptance is the key to positively polarized use of catalyst. Between these polarities lies the potential for this random and undirected energy creating a bodily complex analog of what you call the cancerous growth of tissue.

Questioner: Then as I understand it you are saying that if the positively polarizing entity fails to accept the other-self or if the negatively polarizing entity fails to control the other-self, either of these conditions will cause cancer, possibly. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is partially correct. The first acceptance, or control depending upon polarity, is of the self. Anger is one of many things to be accepted and loved as a part of self or controlled as a part of self, if the entity is to do work.

Questioner: Then are you saying that if a negatively polarizing entity is unable to control his own anger or unable to control himself in anger that he may cause cancer? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is quite correct. The negative polarization contains a great requirement for control and repression.

Questioner: A repression of what?

Ra: I am Ra. Any mind complex distortion which you may call emotional which is of itself disorganized, needs, in order to be useful to the negatively oriented entity, to be repressed and then brought to the surface in an organized use. Thus you may find for instance, negatively polarized entities controlling and repressing such basic bodily complex needs as the sexual desire in order that in the practice thereof the will may be used to enforce itself upon the other-self with greater efficiency when the sexual behavior is allowed.

Questioner: Then the positively oriented entity, rather than attempting repression of emotion, would balance the emotion as stated in an earlier contact. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct and illustrates the path of unity.

Questioner: Then cancer is a training catalyst operating for both polarities in approximately the same way but creating or attempting to create polarization in both directions, positive and negative, depending upon the orientation of the entity experiencing the catalyst. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect in that catalyst is unconscious and does not work with intelligence but rather is part of the, shall we say, mechanism of learn/teaching set up by the sub-Logos before the beginning of your space/time.

Questioner: How does cancer do this learn/teaching when the entity developing cancer has no conscious idea of what is happening to him when he develops cancer?

Ra: I am Ra. In many cases catalyst is not used.

Questioner: What is the plan for use of the catalyst of cancer?

Ra: I am Ra. The catalyst, and all catalyst, is designed to offer experience. This experience in your density may be loved and accepted or it may be controlled. These are the two paths. When neither path is chosen the catalyst fails in its design and the entity proceeds until catalyst strikes it which causes it to form a bias towards acceptance and love or separation and control. There is no lack of space/time in which this catalyst may work.

Questioner: Why do you say the experience is drawn to or attracted to the entity?
Ra: I am Ra. We say this due to our understanding that this is the nature of the phenomenon of experiential catalyst and its entry into the mind/body/spirit complex’s awareness.

Questioner: Could you give an example of how an entity sets up a condition for attracting a particular experiential catalyst and how that catalyst then is provided or is learned.

Ra: I am Ra. Such an example may be given.

Questioner: Will you give that?

Ra: I am Ra. We paused to scan (name’s) consciousness to use its experiential catalyst as example. We may proceed.

This is one instance and extrapolation may be made to other entities which are aware of the process of evolution. This entity chose, before incarnation, the means whereby catalyst had great probability of being obtained. This entity desired the process of expressing love and light without expecting any return. This entity programmed also to endeavor to accomplish spiritual work and to comfort itself with companionship in the doing of this work.

Agreements were made prior to incarnation; the first, with the so-called parents and siblings of this entity. This provided the experiential catalyst for the situation of offering radiance of being without expectation of return. The second program involved agreements with several entities. These agreements provided and will provide, in your time/space and space/time continuum, opportunities for the experiential catalyst of work and comradeship.

There are events which were part of a program for this entity only in that they were possibility/probability vortices having to do with your societal culture. These events include the nature of the living or standard of living, the type of relationships entered into in your legal framework, and the social climate during the incarnation. The incarnation was understood to be one which would take place at harvest.

These givens, shall we say, apply to millions of your peoples. Those aware of evolution and desirous in the very extreme of attaining the heart of love and the radiance which gives understanding no matter what the lessons programmed: they have to do with other-selves, not with events: they have to do with giving, not receiving, for the lessons of love are of this nature both for positive and negative. Those negatively harvestable will be found at this time endeavoring to share their love of self.

There are those whose lessons are more random due to their present inability to comprehend the nature and mechanism of the evolution of mind, body, and spirit. Of these we may say that the process is guarded by those who never cease their watchful expectation of being of service. There is no entity without help, either through self-awareness of the unity of creation or through guardians of the self which protect the less sophisticated mind/body/spirit from any permanent separation from unity while the lessons of your density continue.

Questioner: Now, I would like to then consider the origin of catalyst. First we have the condition of mind/body/spirit complex which, as a function of the first distortion, has reached a condition of blockage or partial blockage of one or more energy centers. I will assume that catalyst is necessary only if there is at least partial blockage of one energy center. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. No.

Questioner: Could you tell me why?

Ra: I am Ra. While it is a primary priority to activate or unblock each energy center, it is also a primary priority at that point to begin to refine the balances between the energies so that each tone of the chord of total vibratory being-ness resonates in clarity, tune, and harmony with each other energy. This balancing, tuning, and harmonizing of the self is most central to the more advanced or adept mind/body/spirit complex. Each energy may be activated without the beauty that is possible through the disciplines and appreciations of personal energies or what you might call the deeper personality or soul identity.

Questioner: Let me make an analogy that I have just thought of. A sevenstringed musical instrument may be played by deflecting each string a full deflection and releasing it producing notes. Instead of producing the notes this way the individual creative personality could deflect each string the proper amount in the proper sequence producing music. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. In the balanced individual the energies lie waiting for the hand of the Creator to pluck harmony.

Questioner: I would like then to trace the evolution of catalyst upon the mind/body/spirit complexes and how it comes into use and is fully used to create this tuning. I assume that the sub-Logos that formed our tiny part of the creation using the intelligence of the Logos of which it is a part, provides the base catalyst that will act upon mind/body complexes and mind/body/spirit complexes before they have reached a state of development where they can begin to program their own catalyst. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is partially correct. The sub-Logos offers the catalyst at the lower levels of energy, the first triad; these have to do with the survival of the physical complex. The higher centers gain catalyst from the biases of the mind/body/spirit complex itself in response to all random and directed experiences.

Thus the less developed entity will perceive the catalyst about it in terms of survival of the physical complex with the distortions which are preferred. The more conscious entity being conscious of the catalytic process will begin to transform the catalyst offered by the sub-Logos into catalyst which may act upon the higher energy nexi. Thus the sub-Logos can offer only a basic skeleton, shall we say, of catalyst. The muscles and flesh having to do with the, shall we say, survival of wisdom, love, compassion, and service are brought about by the action of the mind/body/spirit complex on basic catalyst so as to create a more complex catalyst which may in turn be used to form distortions within these higher energy centers.

The more advanced the entity, the more tenuous the connection between the sub-Logos and the perceived catalyst until, finally, all catalyst is chosen, generated, and manufactured by the self, for the self.

Questioner: Which entities incarnate at this time on this planet would be in that category of manufacturing all of their catalyst?

Ra: I am Ra. We find your query indeterminate but can respond that the number of those which have mastered outer catalyst completely is quite small.

Most of those harvestable at this space/time nexus have partial control over the outer illusion and are using the outer catalyst to work upon some bias which is not yet in balance.

Questioner: In the case of service-to-self polarization, what type of catalyst would entities following this path program when they reach the level of programming their own catalyst?

Ra: I am Ra. The negatively oriented entity will program for maximal separation from and control over all those things and conscious entities which it perceives as being other than the self.

Questioner: A positively oriented entity may select a certain narrow path of thinking and activities during an incarnation and program conditions that would create physical pain if this were not followed. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

Questioner: Would a negatively oriented entity do anything like this? Could you give me an example?

Ra: I am Ra. A negatively oriented individual mind/body/spirit complex will ordinarily program for wealth, ease of existence, and the utmost opportunity for power. Thus many negative entities burst with the physical complex distortion you call health.

However, a negatively oriented entity may choose a painful condition in order to improve the distortion toward the so-called negative emotive mentations such as anger, hatred, and frustration. Such an entity may use an entire incarnative experience honing a blunt edge of hatred or anger so that it may polarize more towards the negative or separated pole.

Questioner: Prior to incarnation, as an entity becomes more aware of the process of evolution and has selected a path whether it be positive or negative, at some point the entity becomes aware of what it wants to do with respect to unblocking and balancing its energy centers. At that point it is able to program for the life experience those catalytic experiences that will aid it in its process of unblocking and balancing. Is that correct?

Ra: I am Ra. That is correct.

Questioner: The purpose then, of what we call the incarnate physical state, seems to be wholly or almost wholly that of experiencing the programmed catalyst and then evolving as a function of that catalyst. Is that correct?

Ra: I am Ra. We shall restate for clarity the purpose of incarnative existence is evolution of mind, body, and spirit. In order to do this it is not strictly necessary to have catalyst. However, without catalyst the desire to evolve and the faith in the process do not normally manifest and thus evolution occurs not. Therefore, catalyst is programmed and the program is designed for the mind/body/spirit complex for its unique requirements. Thus it is desirable that a mind/body/spirit complex be aware of and hearken to the voice of its experiential catalyst, gleaning from it that which it incarnated to glean.

Questioner: Then it seems that those upon the positive path as opposed to those on the negative path would have precisely the reciprocal objective in the first three rays; red, orange, and yellow. Each path would be attempting to utilize the rays in precisely the opposite manners. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. It is partially and even substantially correct. There is an energy in each of the centers needed to keep the mind/body/spirit complex, which is the vehicle for experience, in correct conformation and composition.

Both negative and positive entities do well to reserve this small portion of each center for the maintenance of the integrity of the mind/body/spirit complex. After this point, however, it is correct that the negative will use the three lower centers for separation from and control over others by sexual means, by personal assertion, and by action in your societies.

Contrary-wise, the positively oriented entity will be transmuting strong red-ray sexual energy into green-ray energy transfers and radiation in blue and indigo and will be similarly transmuting selfhood and place in society into energy transfer situations in which the entity may merge with and serve others and then, finally, radiate unto others without expecting any transfer in return.

Questioner: Can you describe the energy that enters these energy centers? Can you describe its path from its origin, its form, and its effect? I don’t know if this is possible.

Ra: I am Ra. This is partially possible.

Questioner: Would you please do that?

Ra: The origin of all energy is the action of free will upon love. The nature of all energy is light. The means of its ingress into the mind/body/spirit complex is duple.

Firstly, there is the inner light which is Polaris of the self, the guiding star. This is the birthright and true nature of all entities. This energy dwells within.

The second point of ingress is the polar opposite of the North Star, shall we say, and may be seen, if you wish to use the physical body as an analog for the magnetic field, as coming through the feet from the earth and through the lower point of the spine. This point of ingress of the universal light energy is undifferentiated until it begins its filtering process through the energy centers. The requirements of each center and the efficiency with which the individual has learned to tap into the inner light determine the nature of the use made by the entity of these in-streamings.

Questioner: Does experiential catalyst follow the same path? This may be a dumb question.

Ra: I am Ra. This is not a pointless question, for catalyst and the requirements or distortions of the energy centers are two concepts linked as tightly as two strands of rope.

Questioner: You mentioned in an earlier session that the experiential catalyst was first experienced by the south pole and appraised with respect to its survival value. That’s why I asked the question. Would you expand on this concept?

Ra: I am Ra. We have addressed the filtering process by which in-coming energies are pulled upwards according to the distortions of each energy center and the strength of will or desire emanating from the awareness of inner light. If we may be more specific, please query with specificity.

Questioner: I’ll make this statement which may be somewhat distorted and then let you correct it. We have, coming through the feet and base of the spine, the total energy that the mind/body/spirit complex will receive in the way of what we call light. Each energy center then filters out and uses a portion of this energy, red through violet. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is largely correct. The exceptions are as follows: The energy ingress ends with indigo. The violet ray is a thermometer or indicator of the whole.

Questioner: Could you give an example of how feelings affect portions of the body and the sensations of the body?
Ra: I am Ra. It is nearly impossible to speak generally of these mechanisms, for each entity of proper seniority has its own programming. Of the less aware entities we may say that the connection will often seem random as the higher self continues producing catalyst until a bias occurs. In each programmed individual the sensitivities are far more active and, as we have said, that catalyst not used fully by the mind and spirit is given to the body.

Thus you may see in this entity the numbing of the arms and the hands signifying this entity’s failure to surrender to the loss of control over the life. Thus this drama is enacted in the physical distortion complex.

In the questioner we may see the desire not to be carrying the load it carries given as physical manifestation of the soreness of those muscles for carrying used. That which is truly needed to be carried is a preincarnative responsibility which seems highly inconvenient.

In the case of the scribe we see a weariness and numbness of feelings ensuing from lack of using catalyst designed to sensitize this entity to quite significant influxes of unfamiliar distortion complexes of the mental, emotional, and spiritual level. As the numbness removes itself from the higher or more responsive complexes the bodily complex distortions will vanish. This is true also of the other examples.

We would note at this time that the totally efficient use of catalyst upon your plane is extremely rare

Questioner: We would seem to have dual catalysts operating, and the question is which one is going to act first. The prophecies, I will call them, made by Edgar Cayce indicated many Earth changes and I am wondering about the mechanics describing the future. Ra, it has been stated, is not a part of time and yet we concern ourselves with possibility/probability vortices. It is very difficult for me to understand how the mechanism of prophecy operates. What is the value of such a prophesy such as Cayce made with respect to Earth changes and all of these scenarios?

Ra: I am Ra. Consider the shopper entering the store to purchase food with which to furnish the table for the time period you call a week. Some stores have some items, others a variant set of offerings. We speak of these possibility/probability vortices when asked with the understanding that such are as a can, jar, or portion of goods in your store.

It is unknown to us as we scan your time/space whether your peoples will shop hither or yon. We can only name some of the items available for the choosing. The, shall we say, record which the one you call Edgar read from is useful in that same manner. There is less knowledge in this material of other possibility/probability vortices and more attention paid to the strongest vortex. We see the same vortex but also see many others. Edgar’s material could be likened unto one hundred boxes of your cold cereal, another vortex likened unto three, or six, or fifty of another product which is eaten by your peoples for breakfast. That you will breakfast is close to certain. The menu is your own choosing.

The value of prophecy must be realized to be only that of expressing possibilities. Moreover, it must be, in our humble opinion, carefully taken into consideration that any time/space viewing, whether by one of your time/space or by one such as we who view the time/space from a dimension, shall we say, exterior to it will have a quite difficult time expressing time measurement values. Thus prophesy given in specific terms is more interesting for the content or type of possibility predicted than for the space/time nexus of its supposed occurrence.

Questioner: So we have the distinct possibility of two different types of catalyst creating an atmosphere of seeking that is greater than that which we experience at present. There will be much confusion, especially in the scenario of Earth changes simply because there have been many predictions of these changes by many groups giving many and sundry reasons for the changes. Can you comment on the effectiveness of this type of catalyst and the rather wide pre-knowledge of the coming changes but also the wide variation in explanation for these changes?

Ra: I am Ra. Given the amount of strength of the possibility/probability vortex which posits the expression by the planet itself of the difficult birthing of the planetary self into fourth-density, it would be greatly surprising were not many which have some access to space/time able to perceive this vortex. The amount of this cold cereal in the grocery, to use our previous analogy, is disproportionately large. Each which prophesies does so from an unique level, position, or vibratory configuration. Thus biases and distortions will accompany much prophecy.

Questioner: Then as these final days of the cycle transpire if the harvest were to occur now, today, it would have a certain number harvested positively and negatively and a certain number of repeaters. I am going to assume that because of the catalyst that will be experienced between now and the actual harvesting time these numbers of harvestable entities will increase.

Generally speaking, not particularly with respect to this planet but with respect to general experience in harvesting, how big an increase in harvestable entities can you logically assume will occur because of the catalyst that occurs in the final period such as this one, or am I making a mistake in assuming that other planets have added catalyst at the end of a harvesting period when they have a mixed harvest?

Ra: I am Ra. In the event of mixed harvest there is nearly always disharmony and, therefore, added catalyst in the form of your so-called “Earth changes.” In this assumption you are correct.

It is the Confederation’s desire to serve those who may indeed seek more intensely because of this added catalyst. We do not choose to attempt to project the success of added numbers to the harvest for this would not be appropriate. We are servants. If we are called, we shall serve with all our strength. To count the numbers is without virtue.

Questioner: Now the added catalyst at the end of the cycle is a function specifically of the orientation of the consciousness that inhabits the planet. The consciousness has provided the catalyst for itself in orienting its thinking in the way it has oriented it, thus acting upon itself the same as catalyst of bodily pain and disease act upon the single mind/body/spirit complex. I made this analogy once before but reiterate it at this time to clarify my own thinking in seeing the planetary entity as somewhat of a single entity made up of billions of mind/body/spirit complexes. Is my viewpoint correct?

Ra: I am Ra. You are quite correct.

Questioner: This planet, to me, seems to be what I would call a cesspool of distortions. This includes all diseases and malfunctions of the physical body in general. It would seem to me that, on the average, this planet would be very, very high on the list if we just took the overall amount of these problems. Am I correct in this assumption?

Ra: I am Ra. We will review previous material.

Catalyst is offered to the entity. If it is not used by the mind complex it will then filter through to the body complex and manifest as some form of physical distortion. The more efficient the use of catalyst, the less physical distortion to be found.

There are, in the case of those you call Wanderers, not only a congenital difficulty in dealing with the third-density vibratory patterns but also a recollection, however dim, that these distortions are not necessary or usual in the home vibration.

We over-generalize as always, for there are many cases of preincarnative decisions which result in physical or mental limitations and distortions, but we feel that you are addressing the question of widespread distortions towards misery of one form or another. Indeed, on some third-density planetary spheres catalyst has been used more efficiently. In the case of your planetary sphere there is much inefficient use of catalyst and, therefore, much physical distortion.

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. Every aspect of life
on the third dimension has the potential for assisting you in your
evolution. There are circles of evolution that are involved in
individual and group processes and, of course, in planetary, solar
system and galactic processes. Eventually, the evolution actually
reaches the level of the universe.

To participate in and to assimilate the knowledge and energy for
universal evolution is a wonderful experience that requires a great
deal of spiritual consciousness, light and insight. You have within
your grasp the ability to understand and participate in the universal
evolution, or the evolution of the universe. The reason I say this is
because you already have the concepts of the universe and you have the
concept of the universal unconscious and subconscious.

BECOMING CONSCIOUS OF GALACTIC SPIRITUALITY


We look at the many levels of your existence as opportunities for
evolving and participating in the different aspects of these
evolutions. If you are so destined, then you can even participate in
the evolution of the galaxy. Many of our lectures and thoughts about
the sacred triangle have been focused on trying to make you conscious
of galactic spirituality. This may be a rather vague concept in your
heart. It may be a concept or a process that you would have some
difficulty in connecting to unless you are working with a higher
extraterrestrial group like the Arcturians. We have assimilated
teachings and ways of connecting with the galaxy. We have stressed in
our work with you that galactic spirituality is an important part of
the sacred triangle.

You might say, "With all of the different levels of problems that are
occurring on the Earth, why would one want to concentrate on galactic
spirituality?" The awareness of the energy that is in the galaxy
influences the Earth. The shifts in the Central Sun alignment have a
powerful influence on the Earth, especially as we are approaching a
powerful moment that can be considered the 2012 alignment. It has a
deep meaning when you acknowledge that you are receiving and
connecting with masters from the highest galactic sources. It has deep
meaning and energetic influence to even consider that Jesus-who is
known as Sananda in the Galactic Council-has an influence, power and
stewardship over the Earth and the galaxy and the life forms in the
galaxy. It is a powerful awareness when you begin to consider that
you have other lifetimes on different planets. It is a powerful
consideration when you begin to grasp that your home planet may not
even be the Earth. Your home planet may be one of the thousands of
galactic planets that have life.

The Arcturians have, through our studies, determined that the planets
that are closer to the Central Sun experienced a higher life form
first. As you go out from the center of the galaxy, then you reach
life forms that are less evolved and, in some cases, primitive. If you
went out into the furthest outreaches of the galaxy, you would find
that the life forms would be even more primitive than on Earth. The
Earth has this opportunity and guidance to perceive the galactic
spirituality, and to this purpose it means that each of you has been
activated.

Listening to the words that I am now saying, you are experiencing a
longing and a yearning to return to your home planet, which in many
cases is closer to the Central Sun and more evolved. You have been
able to cross-fertilize your incarnations-that is, to change planets
in different incarnations from the Earth to an extraterrestrial
planet. You were on an extrasolar planet and then crossed over to
the Earth. This means that you have attained a resonance with galactic
spirituality. It also means that there has come to you an awareness of
different opportunities to participate in the overall evolution of the
galaxy. It means that you, from the perspective of your other starseed
experiences, realize that there is a special opportunity and a special
energy now on the Earth.

EARTH WILL PARTICIPATE IN GALACTIC EVOLUTION

This may come as a shock or surprise to you, because you know that
there is so much lower energy, so much polarity and so much conflict
on Earth. The outlook for the resolution of this conflict is dependent
on an infusion of light energy that still seems far beyond the grasp
of many of the people who are controlling this planet. Nonetheless,
the opportunities that you personally have for your evolution in this
situation are extremely high. And nevertheless, the opportunities
that you have to connect with other starseeds and work with the
galactic masters here on Earth are very high. This would point out a
very important perception-mainly, that the Earth's development and
evolution play an important role in the galaxy.

There exists a Galactic Council. The Galactic Council is composed of
high spiritual masters and prophets who have come from different parts
of the galaxy. They meet to oversee development in the life form and
processes of galactic light. It is not a council in the way that you
might think-that is, a council that is influenced by day-to-day
developments or dayto-day polarizations. Certainly, the Galactic
Council is aware of all matters that you are. They seek a perception
and an avenue that will allow the Earth and the Earth's starseeds to
participate in galactic evolution.

Galactic expansion contributes to overall life-form expansion. This is
hard to participate in when you have so many other personal concerns.
I assure you that your awareness and your coexistence with this
galactic consciousness will elevate your normal consciousness, your
Earth consciousness and your third-dimensional consciousness. The
evolution of your personal process will also be affected, because you
will be put in a position in which you will have an opportunity to
choose your next planet. You will be in a position to expand your
process through the stargate. Expand your awareness to include the
portal of light that is known as the stargate. With this new
consciousness, then, you will have a plethora of choices-choices that
include other civilizations that are in the starseed heritage.

There are so many opportunities on the Earth. These Earth
polarizations and problems seem overwhelming. However, each problem
contains a personal opportunity for you and for the planet. For
example, many people have questions about money. Some of you are
struggling in poverty or don't have enough abundance. Some of you are
also concerned about the poverty and the lack of distribution of
wealth on this planet.

The situation on this planet with money offers different learning
opportunities for different people. You may have chosen to come to a
planet that has money. Many planets do not have any concept of money.
On the fifth-dimensional planet of Arcturus, we have no concept of
money; our energy exchange is actually etheric and telepathic. We send
energy and light to another person for services rendered or for
certain help obtained from them. This discussion of money and the
placement of a value for money means that there is a finite conception
of the distribution of wealth. It also means that there is going to be
a polarization of the distribution of wealth. There will never be on
Earth an equal distribution of all resources when money is used.

The concepts of holding on to money and gathering money contain
important lessons. But the lesson that you might have for money might
be different than the lesson for your friend. You may need to come to
the Earth to experience money and the lack of it to know that money is
not the determining factor for wealth. Another person may need to
experience the illusion of infinite resources from financial wealth,
and that person might have great opportunities come from wealth.

In both cases, the final lesson from money comes down to this
question: Does the accumulation or lack of accumulation of money
diminish your abilities to connect to the higher sources of energy? If
the accumulation of money affects your ability to connect, then you
certainly have a life lesson to overcome. On the other hand, if your
ability to connect is not affected by the lack of money, then you have
shown that you have surpassed this lesson. Indeed, many of the higher
beings on this planet have actually given up the connection to wealth
as a demonstration of their faith. But do not think that the most
important lesson on the Earth at this time is whether you can deal
with money or whether money diminishes your connection! That is just
one possibility of a lesson.

THERE ARE OTHER FORMS OF ENERGY EXCHANGE

I know that many of you are concerned about the overall economic
development of this planet and the potential collapse of the economic
system that is based on money. This potential collapse could have a
dynamic negative effect on the planet, because the distribution of
wealth through the attachment to money has imbued your subconscious.
You have become acculturated and have grown up with these thoughts
about the value of money, and you could be dramatically affected if
the financial system collapsed. There would be a great unrest and
uprising if the finances of the planet were thrown into disorganization.

You might say: "Why would the Arcturians and other masters concern
themselves with the development and unfoldment of economic processes?"
The unfoldment of financial/economic processes is a reflection of a
group consciousness. The masters see that that group consciousness is
more important than the actual money. The collective consciousness
and agreement about money demonstrates the power of a collective
group. Certainly, people can meet and interact in a group
consciousness that is more advanced than using money. If you were
able, hopefully, to connect with an Arcturian group, then you might
have this possibility of interacting with people in a non-monetary way.

Interacting without money does not mean that you are giving up
exchanging energy. It is exactly the opposite. The truth is that we do
not use money, but we do have an energy exchange. It would not be fair
to say that if there was no money, then all the wealth would be
distributed without any encumbrances or any exchange. I think that
this idea has created a confusion in the spiritual development of some
workers who have asked that there not be any money attached to
spiritual work. From our perspective, it would be more accurate to say
that there should be energy exchange in spiritual work, in whatever
form that takes. Then so be it. Be open to that.

DON'T TURN OVER YOUR POWER

Unfortunately, some of the Earth groups that developed had strong
leaders, and their followers gave energy, light and money to one
person. They hoped that that person would then hold and distribute all
that energy for the benefit of the good. You know that there has been
a history of misrepresentation and misdirection in the group
consciousness of the Earth. The coming together of groups has often
been abused dramatically on Earth. Some of you have unfortunately had
experiences of misuse and misrepresentation in groups and in group
consciousness. Some of you have even been hesitant to become involved
in a group based on your past-life experiences, especially when it
comes to the point of turning over resources to another person who
supposedly has your best interests in mind.

I would say that it is important for each of you to not become
involved in a group that requires you to turn your power over to
another person. But participating in a higher group and exchanging
energy can also accelerate your consciousness. It accelerates your
opportunity to go to a higher level. By just working individually, you
have much more difficulty in remaining elevated or even in achieving
elevation.

LOVE IS THE HIGHEST SOURCE FOR CURRENCY

Each galactic group, civilization and galactic council has worked out
this energy distribution problem. On the higher levels, energy
distribution has surpassed or transcended money and has gone into
love. The exchange of love actually becomes the highest source for
currency. The laws of this exchange are different than they are on the
third dimension. On the third dimension, if you give love, then you
may want something back. You might even think that you have a limited
amount of love. For example, if you are a parent or if you are in a
relationship, then you may feel that you have limited resources to
give. After a while, you become drained. This is a common occurrence.

In the fifth-dimension consciousness, the giving of this energy of
love produces more love within you. It produces a greater access to
the infinite love and the infinite energy. You would not think that
this would be possible from a lower perspective. One of the spiritual
laws on the Earth that needs to be promulgated is this: When you
receive higher energy and light, then you must pass it on; you must
share it. That sharing helps in your own continual energy exchange. I
know that you have heard this law, this rule, before. It is a
fifth-dimensional rule about the spirit and spiritual light, and the
distribution of light and energy. You will feel relieved when you
leave the third dimension, because you will understand that the money
is not the important fact.

FOCUS ON ENERGY EXCHANGE

The distribution of money holds many lessons for you, because it gives
you a concrete access to accumulation of wealth and how it can relate
to spiritual wealth. Some of you have even participated in great
groups or religions that have many beautiful buildings, many
gatherings and large wealth. This large wealth lets religious members
believe that this material wealth equals the spiritual development of
the group. The group may have mistaken the accumulation of wealth for
the energy exchange.

To those of you who are poor and to those of you who do not have the
resources that you need, I want to tell you this: Focus on energy
exchange. I know you have many books, called self-help books, that say
to focus on wealth and focus on money coming to you. They say to just
change how you think, to just picture the money coming to you, and
then you will achieve the wealth that you want. This approach isn't
our opinion.

From the fifth-dimensional perspective, just picturing wealth is not
correct. It is more correct to picture that you are distributing
spiritual energy, that you have spiritual wealth coming to you and
that you are sending it to others. Then, coincidentally, the money you
need can come from your spiritual wealth. Visualize that you have
spiritual energy coming to you. It will probably come to you.

Now, do not misinterpret. I do not recommend that poverty is the
choice. I do not recommend that you be without the funds to support
your life. I am only trying to help you to become aware of the
underlying fifth-dimensional perspective and also that you can
exchange energy with the galactic masters. Nothing could be more
pleasing than to experience the ability to exchange light and energy
with the galactic masters. Just think about the great joy and energy
you feel when you are connected with Sananda/Jesus. Just feel the
overwhelming love that may be in your heart, and hopefully you will
have greater compassion and energy to share with others. But if you
start thinking, "Well, great! Now I have this great energy and I will
also attract the wealth I need," this is stepping it down a notch,
because you have told yourself that there is limitation, namely money,
and that you are measuring your spiritual success with money.

This becomes important also when you look at the building of an
Arcturian temple, because there are many people who will
seek-especially in Argentina and in South America-to contribute to the
building of this temple. You would have to ask, to what purpose is the
temple? Is it to demonstrate the power of the group? Is it to
demonstrate the ability of the group to collect money so that they can
buy land and have a landmark? All those things are necessary, but the
overall purpose of such a temple is to develop a place where the
interchange of Arcturian spiritual energy is offered. The overall
purpose is that each person who is there then becomes an avenue, a
channel for experiencing and transmitting Arcturian spiritual light.

Obviously, the spiritual light also has to do with problem solution,
with evolution, with medical practices and also with planetary
evolvement. Each of you may have an ability to give energy and light
to the planet or to give energy and light to groups. Do not be fooled
into thinking that because the systems on the planet seem to be
collapsing, that this means your evolutionary work or your exchange is
not effective. Evolution is of consciousness first. The evolution is
first of awareness.

EARTH HAS MANY LEVELS OF EVOLVEMENT

There have been many instances in the history of the Earth where there
have been large devastations. Of course, Atlantis was one time where
the whole of civilization was destroyed. Yet many of you now who are
back on Earth and many of the leaders of the planet who are in power
now were in the Atlantean times. Some of the world leaders now are
facing the same problem they faced before. You may say, "Now, Juliano,
they are not learning the lesson. They are making the same mistake
again. I have to sit here and suffer again." Well, you do not have to
suffer in the same way, because the planet Earth has many levels of
evolvement. There is a lower level of Earth evolvement, a middle level
and then a higher level.

The rabbis talk about the different levels of the soul. So too are
there different levels of Earth evolvement. Don't be trapped into
thinking that if you are on this planet and the leaders of this planet
are destroying the Earth, then therefore your evolution is destroyed
or your place in the galactic process is destroyed. This is not true.
Some of you may actually be here now just to learn that lesson. You
have to identify your consciousness with the middle and higher forms
of the Earth and Earth's development.

Remember that the Earth is going to ascend, just as you are going to
ascend. Many have said, "Well, I don't understand, Juliano. How can
that be? Does that mean that all these people here are going to die?
What is going to happen?" My answer is, from our work, that there are
three levels of a planet, just like there are levels of a person's
soul: the lower, the middle and the higher. The lower level of the
Earth is not going to ascend, and that's the level many of you now
still feel trapped on. This is where all of the polarization is
occurring. The middle and higher levels, especially the middle level,
are going to contribute to a high fifth-dimensional Earth. That
fifth-dimensional Earth is, in a sense, breaking away from the
lower-dimensional Earth, and it's not going to bring all of those
people with it.

ASCENSION IS ABOUT UNIVERSAL LOVE

Let's talk about the ascension: Everybody is not going to ascend, and
everyone on the Earth is not going to go to this higher place. In
fact, many of you will know and see people who will be cut off from
this evolution. We have always been fascinated by group consciousness
and by certain groups who seem to believe that their group is going to
go to the higher level no matter what. We have always been fascinated
by people who, even for religious reasons, have developed a group
consciousness. Everybody who joins the group assures themselves a
place in the next world with this group. I do not want to mention any
groups by name, but perhaps you can think of some that fit this image.

Some have asked me how this or that group, which has the exclusive
membership, is going to able to ascend? You may think: "That group is
going to ascend in a group, and then we are going to be left out
because we don't believe what they believe." Well, one of the
interesting developments in planetary ascension is that
third-dimensional groups who have powerful group connections will go
together as a group to another third-dimensional place. That
third-dimensioal place is going to be exclusive. It is only going to
be for those people who believed what their leader told them, and
they will only be with those people.

That is not fifth dimension, because fifth dimension is not exclusive
to a certain belief in a leader. The fifth dimension is based on
universal love and universal consciousness and energy exchange. It is
not based on one group or a belief that one person holds the only
truth. I am not saying that it is wrong to follow an exclusive group.
I am just saying that that exclusive person and that group will be in
a certain pattern. That pattern is an exclusive pattern, and
therefore, they will come back again to a third-dimensional
planet-either on the Earth or in other places-to reexperience their
exclusiveness. Then they can expand their consciousness and realize
it is not just their own group that is ascending.

There are many groups now on Earth who say, "This is our instruction
and this is the right way to do this." Well, the right way to be
spiritual focuses on the energy exchange of spirit and love, and it is
the downloading of this. If we look at the evolution and the ascension
of the Earth, then we understand this. There is already a
fifth-dimensional Earth in your consciousness. We already understand
that you as starseeds have come to this Earth. You know of your
missions to participate in the fifth-dimensional Earth consciousness.
One of your missions is to develop that fifth-dimensional
consciousness and use it as a force and power so that higher
consciousness will be separated from the lower vibrations.
This fifth-dimensional blue diamond planet that we all love will take
its place in the galactic family.

A HIGHER LEVEL OF GROUP CONSCIOUSNESS

To participate in the galactic family requires a higher level of group
consciousness. Some have said, "Juliano, if we just participate in
that, and then there are these other terrorists or people who are
going to destroy us, how can we combat that through love energy?
Because we know that those terrorist people are single-minded and that
they have one goal and one goal only: the destruction of us." I cannot
offer you a simple answer because it is a complex problem. I cannot
say to offer love to them, because in some cases when you offer love,
terrorists will continue to destroy you.

On a higher level, there have been masters who have allowed themselves
to be destroyed anyway. Higher masters have reached such a high level
of consciousness that it doesn't matter if they survive on Earth. I
think that was one of the great lessons of Jesus/Sananda. He
demonstrated that the destruction of his physical being did not
diminish his stewardship over the Earth. Frankly, you are not on the
level of Sananda, and frankly, being destroyed is a huge burden to
carry in an incarnation. On a soul level, it is difficult to allow
yourself to be sacrificed and not be affected by the destructiveness.

I do not believe that Sananda, who has talked to us, holds up
martyrdom as an ideal. You do not need to be willing and able to die
as a martyr. Martyrdom is not the quintessence of your development.
There are only certain powerful souls who have the mission to do that.
Don't hold that up as your goal, although in some cases, you might
have to take certain steps to protect yourself and to protect your
family from some harshness.

THE STARGATE REPRESENTS A HIGHER SPIRITUAL GOAL

I want to go into the discussion of the stargate again, because the
stargate in many ways represents a higher spiritual goal. The stargate
represents a portal for your spiritual advancement. Through your
learning and knowledge, you have been able to arrive at this portal,
and you have the choices that focus on the surpassing or transcending
of the third-dimensional incarnation cycle. The third-dimension
incarnation cycle is a magnet-a strong attractive force that many of
you have experienced for countless lifetimes.

Even you who are starseeds and have come from other planets, have been
enveloped and attracted to this incarnation cycle. You may have come
to the Earth thinking that you would be able to overcome the
incarnation cycle and its attraction, but the attraction of this cycle
is like gravity. Can you imagine how you depend on gravity for your
physical body? Incidentally, when many of you are doing etheric
travel at night or are coming to the ships, you leave gravity. Then
when you come back to the physical body, you might actually experience
more problems in your physical body.

You might say, "Juliano, why is this, because I am feeling so light
when I am in the higher energy and in the spaceships, but then when I
come back to the Earth and back into my physical body, I feel more of
the heaviness?" The reason is that you have not been able to transfer
the energy from the higher realms into your third-dimensional body.
You have not set up avenues and maybe you do not have the spiritual
technology to bring that energy into the third-dimensional body. There
are ways of bringing down that higher energy into your body, and I
want you to continue to explore this. You are participating in a
process that will allow the thirddimensional higher Earth to break
away and ascend. You will be part of that breaking away if you are
involved in the Earth's process of planetary evolution.

When you come to the stargate, then you have an opportunity to
experience a portal that is free of the magnetic power of the
incarnational cycle. Please consider that for a second. Consider how
powerful the Earth's incarnation cycle is. Consider that in previous
lifetimes when you died, you were drawn immediately back into this
incarnation cycle. There are many stories of different
religions-Hinduism, for example-that have a great visualization of the
wheel of karma. The wheel of karma is a belief, a collective belief.
Those people who believe that are going to follow and be in that
cycle. The law of karma works. Of course, what you reap is what you
sow on many levels-the other part is true also.

You can transcend the wheel of karma. There is this opportunity in the
stargate. If you could just for a moment be in the portal-the
vestibule, if you will-of the stargate, then you would experience an
energy and light free of the Earth's incarnation cycle. But if you
experience that, don't block your return to Earth with dislike for the
third dimension. Don't block your return to the Earth with disdain nor
block your return to the Earth body by saying, "I don't want to come
back." You are going to create problems. Just experience the stargate
with that knowledge and freedom of your spirit. Be in a place where
you are totally free of the gravitational pull of the incarnation
cycle. Then you will experience a lightness and an energy that you
have not felt in many lifetimes.

A MEDITATIVE JOURNEY TO THE STARGATE

I am asking each of you to visualize your body. Visualize that your
spirit is in your body, then visualize that your spirit is being
lifted up through your consciousness out of the body. I, Juliano,
have a very powerful starship that is sending beams of blue light to
each of you, providing a unique corridor. The corridor is blue light
that is like a tunnel around each of you. Visualize that you are
rising up into the tunnel, rising up and traveling in the tunnel. The
tunnel is a corridor. It is a timeless tunnel that transcends the
third dimension, and it helps you to access the fifth dimension.

This beautiful tunnel you are traveling through is going to the
stargate. As you approach the stargate, it looks like a beautiful
diamond star, a diamond energy field-an energy field that is unique.
As you get closer to it, you sense this beautiful opening, which is
the energy from the front door of the stargate. As you approach this
front door, know that, in your language, there is a vestibule, a
fore-room. Come into that vestibule, but do not pass into the stargate
itself. You will not be allowed to enter it.

As you come into the vestibule, know that there are beautiful cherubim
who are singing the great songs of praise to the Lord. Know that there
are beautiful archangels, including Archangels Metatron and Michael.
Know that your guides and teachers are also there. As you are in the
vestibule, you will meditate briefly. You will experience a freedom
from the attraction of the karmic cycle. We will hold our energy in
private thought now.

Please hold your consciousness there and experience this freedom. You
might experience it as a lightness. Also know that you are
establishing a link, a connection to the stargate. In a future time,
you will come here and remember this experience. You will be able to
be more comfortable and more able to use the stargate energy. Only
those who are able to have the lightness will be able to go through
the stargate and go through the portal.

I assure you that I, Juliano, and all of our guides who are working
with me will be assisting you. I assure you that when you go through
the portal of the stargate, you will have beautiful opportunities to
see other pathways to other star systems, including your home planet
and including the Central Sun planets.

Now I ask that we begin the process of descending back to the Earth.
You will take with you this memory. You will take with you this
connection that will allow you to have a lightness from the heaviness
you might feel from the polarization, the heaviness you might feel
from being connected so strongly to Earth's incarnations.

Descend down the tunnel now and travel through the tunnel back into
the Earth and back into your Earth body. As you reenter your Earth
body, you will come in with a new lightness, a new energy and the
knowledge that you will return again to this place that is free of the
pull of gravity of the Earth's incarnational cycle.

I come again as a representative of the Galactic Federation. Some wonder how it is that we seem to be aware of so much that is happening upon Earth. Let me explain that we can easily pick up your communication signals, that go out into space in an ever widening circle. We can therefore tune in to your emissions according to what we are interested in, including your television signals. As one who is part of a contingent who will closely work with Earth, it is both useful and necessary to know what is dominating your news. Sadly, we realise that there are controls in place that prevent you from free access to the truth, and in some cases it is completely censored. Now, you will be told that it is in the interests of security and there is an element of truth in this, but the same reasons are put forward as a means of preventing you from knowing too much.


If we wish to know things first hand, we can also locate any person wherever they are and often relay to our craft their live meetings and talks. We also need to know who our friends are, and we are sometimes allowed to further their cause without actually interfering with their freewill. Of course we have our own members in many countries, who have entered your life stream in a perfectly normal way. They do not always know of their connection with us, but will serve us by carrying out their ordained tasks. What they will have is buried memories of their lives in the higher dimensions, and will find it easy to assimilate information about us. They will have an interest in ET's and UFO sightings because they already know the truth of their existence.

There are far more ET's on Earth than you possibly imagine, numbering thousands rather than hundreds. I do not include the various types of ET's that are based on Earth who have not taken a human incarnation. These ones who are typically the Greys, are here by invitation of your Government allowing them undisturbed access to underground facilities where they carry out their experiments. They are often seen above ground and linked with the animal mutilations, and these are often monitored by your government whose purpose is not one of preventing them. There are bases in the Earth, and on the bed of your oceans that have been in existence for thousands of years. These ET's also have permission to be there, and this is given by the Galactic Federation who dictates the terms of their presence. It is usually one of non-interference with human Beings, unless it is appropriate or necessary to do so.

In your historical records you have many incidents of ET contact. You will now see that to be so, if you can allow for ancient contacts to have been interpreted as visitation by Gods. In some instances, such contacts were commemorated by drawings and the language of the day, and these still exist in some areas. There are also many statuettes, but they are more difficult to identify as they are representations of how they envisaged their Gods. Traditions and stories held by ancient tribes give a clue, and your Dogon Tribe are a good example of how they are handed down over centuries of time, and still hold the truth. With an open mind, it is not difficult to accept that the Sirians had contact with these people and gave them information that could not have come to them in any other way.

In your present time, we have used various means to make our presence known. Initially our contacts were carefully chosen and mainly met by pre-arrangement, and your George Adamski is one such example. Now our presence is bolder and we show ourselves openly to numbers of people at the time. We are very careful not to scare you with our actions, but after millions of sightings the fear element is very small. We are disturbed by the actions of the Greys, although they are identifiable by their physical appearance and their deeds are not normally attributed to other ET's. We can never totally remove the concept you have of us that has been perpetuated by your science fiction writers. We are inevitably shown as part of evil forces that wish to conquer your world, and the uglier and more fearsome you can make us look the better they seem to like it.

Many of us in the Galactic Federation are very much like you in appearance, and some could easily walk amongst you without you being aware that they were different. The Venusians for example are very much human in appearance, and often when seen you have remarked on this and the perfection of their features. What is however found with these highly developed Beings, is their countenance and peaceful emanations which you can feel. This is something that has been noted with many other ET's who have the ability to project such energies to you. As human Beings you are capable of sensing such energies, and where they are positive and reassuring you know that you can accept them. Negative energies make you feel uncomfortable and ill at ease.

Very soon, we know that we shall be able to show ourselves directly to you. We are aware of the current situation on Earth, and our forces are well rehearsed in the procedure of First Contact. Our fleet communications are instantaneous, and we are updated minute to minute and ready to carry out our part in the first actions. You will only see a fraction of our craft and personnel in the initial stages, as we do not wish to overawe you. In time however, we will be a common sight in your skies, as we carry out our tasks mainly concerned with the restoration and cleansing of Earth.

Our understanding is that the Earth forces have nearly completed the first moves, to create a situation and opportunity to remove your leaders of the dark cabal. We are therefore virtually on our way to make that first historic open contact. We are totally in control of events on Earth, and you shall learn of the victory of the forces of Light very shortly. You are told so often that we are All One, and it is so and shall always be so. See us when we arrive as like you, seeking the Truth of our being and doing so in the knowledge that we may look different, but are in essence exactly the same.

Dear Ones I greatly look forward to arriving on Earth, as I see souls that are to be honored for their achievements and determination to bring Light and Truth to Earth. You have been admirable in seeing this cycle through to its conclusion, and the best is yet to come. God bless you all.

There is a vital and mysterious partnership between original Source Creator and the Great Unmanifest. This could be regarded as a very high level counterpart to the concept of Divine Mother and Divine Father principles. Rather than rely upon the sacred relationship that original Creator/Source has with the great Unmanifest, a “notion” was expressed at a very high level of Creator Beings to encapsulate the totality of the creation process into a new “whole separateness”. This new separateness eventually grew to challenge creation and sought to take control over the energies of existing creation.

Somewhere in the process of original Creation (original Source, etc.) there was an outward projection of the “notion” of giving birth to a possible high level co-Creator. In this process, a “flaw” occurred, how exactly this came to be, we cannot say in any meaningful way. One could be generous and simply say that some “wires got crossed”. Perhaps this occurred in the process of trying to separate or project out a portion of “Its-Self” – like a type of mitosis -- so that it could experience more of Itself from a new and unique perspective and more. Somehow in this process there came to be the “notion” that the entirety of the creation process could be encapsulated and controlled from within this new creation entity.

It was this that gave rise to what we term the “dark forces”, a distortion of the creation process that implicitly and explicitly carried within it an impetus to identify itself as the center of creation. Implicitly and explicitly it was separate from and even opposed to Original Creation. This was especially so since Original Creation or true Source sought to “recall” and “correct” its mis-creation. As a high level Creation Being, this new dark force “thought” gave rise to rapid process of projecting out an entire creation hierarchy to implement its initial impulse – and continued to develop variations on this theme.

While the mistake was recognized as such, and the initial beings involved ceased their creation process, the damage had been done as something was set loose that only now is being corrected, cleared and Creation gradually being inoculated against this from arising again. However since the creation process has holographic-fractal-like qualities, the basic impulses were conveyed to myriad worlds and levels of existence, and a fallen sector of creation began to consolidate these tendencies – and Earth is in that sector. At the simple 3-d human level, this resulted in a severe infection of the basic “operating system” of most humans and became like an out-of-control cancer.

One hallmark is that the Dark promotes itself as the center of creation and thus translates itself directly to the primacy of the individual, individuality, freedom of the individual, and emphasis on serving self. This then gets reflected back to the dark source by a collective of individuals who, in the case of humanity, then extol the primacy of humanity over all life on earth and eventually tries to project itself to the stars with itself and its representatives as central. Eventually those living under its dominance lose all memory of true Source or Original Creation and even lose their “call home” internal “locator beacon”. Eventually all that is known is the false creation of the Dark. This pattern is at the root of the distortions of much of contemporary society as well as embedded in the new age/integral culture tendencies that are dominate most of the “alternative” spectrum.

The concern and regard of Creator for the situation in the fallen realms has been such that with much persistence, it became possible to reconnect with those residing on Earth and in similar situations. The transformational process described in this issue is one measure in correcting the situation that developed here over such a long period of time. (These topics are explored further in Part Five of this issue on “Origins”.)

This also applies to the notion of 7 billion people “creating their own reality”. That is where the dark nature of this can be seen more clearly. The perspective of the false light often makes popular sounding appeals for new converts by advocating individual freedom from oppression (on Earth) and advocating that everyone is equal to “god” or is a mini-god in their own right. Ascension , oneness, global awakening, world peace, Christ consciousness, etc., all are fair game for the dark as they co-opt and turn everything they can to their advantage. The goal of course is to win “votes” and converts to false creation. This is a false reality where everyone is “free”. The catch is they are ultimately dead-ended by a vast control matrix that siphons off their energy. This is the dark control matrix.

One key to understanding this is that it is presented as individuals as sacred, individuals as central, individuals in separation from the light of True Creation. Separate from direct knowing and re-connection to their true Source.

Amidst all this is another falsehood, that of voluntarism, which misleads people into thinking the individual can triumph with enough effort. Further extended to humanity, this leads to a greater hubris and falsehood that on its own humanity can solve its problems and eventually reach the stars and beyond. The mixture of miasms that define the parameters of social beliefs and ideas serves one purpose only: to reinforce the prison of illusion used by “the powers that be” as a key social control mechanism.

Certain forces would like nothing better than a planet of 7 billion inhabitants worshipping false gods and false creation and all the while celebrating how free they are. Such an environment could even be relatively free of pollution and everyone would be “happy”. Devoid of connection to original Source of creation, true Creation, people would be participating, happily, of course, in re-building new prisons within prisons that they would happily maintain. This is an important goal of the powers that be (TPTB) and an outcome of its ongoing twisted social meme-engineering.

Liberation of the spiritual beings who are presently overly self-identified as humanity involves a major sorting out and that implies major bifurcations and different vibrational reality streams. Out of these bifurcations, the experiment of humanity may develop a durable stream that continues on to give birth to a new stage of evolution that can set the adventure of spirit and matter on a new course. Evidence for this is here on earth now.

The breakdown of human society based on fear, arrogance, and collective self-centeredness over countless generations and the breakdown of the manipulations by dark forces on earth and in higher dimensions, will make it easier for more people to open to a new way of being.
As humanity discovers that creating a new reality can only be done through humility and gratitude in concert with the ultimate “higher power” – that being original Creator – it will then come into its true power as spiritual beings. This will also mark the return to true Oneness.

We are at the point of our evolution where we must surrender
our power and submit to our human counterparts who we have
for generations treated with very little respect. We finally have to
back up and learn to honor the ones who held the gate open all
these years with gratitude. We cannot go any farther spiritually
because of our lack of creation, which we either lost or never had
because of our over-embellished way of life.

Being humble like this is not one of our fortes, but if we are
to be successful in raising our strategic challenge in life which
will allow us to expand our conscious awareness into a higher
dimension, we must surrender and learn to be humble whether
we like it or not. The stories you hear about us, most of them are
true, but not all of us follow that same destructive pattern even
though most of us have the drive to just take what we want out
of life without much concern of others.


A lot of us now understand how universal laws have to be
understood and applied in order to become a creative force in
a world that was created by thought. Our technology is much
advanced over what you're accustomed to but our spiritual
involvement has a lot to be desired. Many of us now finally
realize that in the long run, your path, no matter how primitive
it seems at times, is the one that works in the big scheme of
things. But there are still large groups that don't understand, it
is going to take a spiritual awareness for us to survive into the
next vibrational realm.

The reason I am here today is to forewarn you that you will hear
many opinions of our transformation and some of them won't
be very pleasant but we do appreciate the patience and love you
have that will allow us to transform into this new pantheon of
understanding.

Because you are being so patient and understanding with us, we
are going to share our technology, which will allow you much
easier transformation during the change into the new realm
concentration. Many of these new technological concepts will
have to be discreetly used because of the fact that they will not
function in the new energy that the planet is changing to.

The sun's energy is one of the biggest harnesses of power that
can be used in your behalf and this is something you are barely
aware of. Using the heat from the sun is not the way to take
advantage of energetic power that she creates. This is something
we will get into later when we talk about unattached electrons
with some of you (called soft electrons). Many of you make
these devices everyday but you do not know how to harness
this energy so it just lets loose aimlessly and does nothing.

This is where we will come in at this time participating with you
on how this can take place. I was just asked how this would
transpire. Well, don't forget if you don't know by now, many of
us are in physical form working among you on your planet. We
will send someone to work with you on these new projects. In
the meantime we can send some information the way we are
now, through this computer process.

Many of you are beginning to learn the real history of your
planet. The story you have been taught is a long way from the
truth. Little pieces here and there have little validity but most
information you have received on your history is not even
close. There are so many different beings from so many
different quadrants of galaxies which you are all made up of.
Do you ever realize by looking at different races of people on
your planet how they became so much different than each other?

If you had a beginning like you've been taught with an Adam
and Eve and everybody extended from this point, shouldn't
everybody have the same structural features? And physical
attributes? Is very interesting how little people in your communal
settlements pay little attention to this concept. If everyone was
one race at the so-called beginning, how did they completely
restructure themselves into millions the same way? Just think
about this and it will help you get yourself out of the condition
of ignorance.

One of the best ways of releasing old patterns and beliefs is to
pay attention to the differences in all matters that you normally
just took for granted. You have been given many tools at this
time to help you adventure into new concepts and help retrain
you to see parcels of creation that were never visible till now.
This is why so many of you have a huge drive to extend
yourself to another plane of existence which will allow you
an understanding that you never had prior to this time.

By understanding and using water and different geometric
shapes, will be a tremendous value to you in your quest for
knowledge. I do not want to get into this much at this time.
But by wrapping water storage containers with aluminum foil
and paper between each layer about four times will allow your
storage container of your charged water to become a capacitor,
this will amplify the water that you have freed from its
compound component and will be able to enhance its capability
to work with human physical cells in a much more creative
fashion.

Now that you are learning how to break away from the ones
of us that have controlled you for hundreds of decades and are
learning to think for yourself and not be influenced by outside
controlled processes, this will give you a tremendous advantage
in seeing and understanding many new technological methods
of using and harnessing energies provided by nature.

Even though we had very little integrity and our methods of
survival had very little ethical direction, we did have respect and
honored the main sources of energy that allowed us to live our
lives in the extreme comfort.

Now that some of us are starting to realize that without
enhancing our spiritual process we will not be able to go any
further, and that we learned from you that this cannot be faked it
has to come from the heart or it will not work. This is why many
in our society will never make it at least not this time around.

The people that are ingesting the powder from gold which you
call ormus will be the first ones to understand and apply the
new actively new motions in the energetic fields that are being
introduced into the physical world at this time.

Yes, that was us many of you are seeing in your dream state - we
are much taller than you - up to four to five times in height it is

a new phase of conditioned consciousness you should not have

Everything in the physical world is a conscious connection of

the creative process works. Many of you at this time are being

training you to see a process that will teach you to allow a new

which ties you into a window that allows you a picture of

In other words, you will see dimensions that could not be seen
prior to this experiment. This is like everything else; this is a
temporary view into other possibilities of random configuration
of intelligence. Once you establish these points we will show
you how the WPG (white powder gold) draws in essential
matter that will bring an understanding that could not be part
of your being until this takes place.

Another aspect of gold which the original name was called
Gonaha. I would like to attempt to explain to you how this
precious life form reestablishes itself after the energy is used in
transforming a physical being into a higher clarity. Gold is the

precious metals can be transferred into your spiritual and mental
alliance with creation, this will make a huge change in your
understanding of the creative formula that runs creation.

Gold is like a magnifying glass it clears up all matter that is
not understood if used correctly it and its counterparts silver
platinum and analecate are life forms of there own. They will
work with you whenever you have the correct intention to bring
this about.

Gold is the only life force in this vibrational consciousness that
can replace itself if it has been taken away. This is why humans
have such passion to extract this from the earth; they have been
programmed by our culture that it is a precious commodity and
have made it the foundation of their monetary system. When
what it really is, is the life force and intelligence of Mother Earth
and by extracting and using this you will obtain the knowledge
that she possesses.
