Can you "hear" with your eyes, like you can "see" with your ears? I'm talking about echolocation - what bats use to see. There was a blind man who had learned how to do this on the TV. I was wondering if the converse is true.

Echolocation isn't "seeing" with your ears in any literal sense, it's just hearing. So, no, you can't see sounds unless you take LSD. Or, maybe watching a subwoofer bounce around counts as seeing the sound, I don't know.
you could 'see sounds' if you used a device to see soundwaves, which are basically - any waves from the region which people here. How to see a wave? Waves pass energy as cells are moving and hitting each other, so its just about observing that effect with i guess awesome filters
