universe is expanding correct? which means the universe will likely stop expanding one day and start shrinking, back into a single unity. from this unity another big bang comes and creates the universe again, an exact copy. earth is created(an exact copy) life is formed(at exactly the same time and evolves at the same rate as it did this time), humans come into the picture at the same time and meet the same people, earth is created EXACTLY as it is today; since there are no variables changed, this seems very likely.

OP, this hypothesis is called Big Crunch.
Was refuted after we discovered the expansion is accelerating, so the Universe will not reconverge to one point.
And, even if it was true, nothing about a brand-new Earth like ours is implied. Can be more life, can be less life, but the chance of a new Big Bang generating an Universe exactly like ours (and a Milky Way, and a Sun, and a Earth) is near zero.
