Genetic Disorders

I have to do a short project on genetic disorders.  In the following list, which genetic disorder do you find  most interesting?

Surely that's the part of the question you should decide yourself, and then come here and ask for help with the actual details?

None of them.  "Interesting" diseases affect miniscule portions of the population and are not worth studying.

I can't remember the name but there's a disease that causes excessive bone growth based on injury/stress, the result of a bad protein regulating bone growth.  Essentially it's really really easy to turn on the bone growth genes based on minor injury.  Cool disease, if you don't have it.
