"laziness"

Name: Anonymous 2010-02-17 4:49

Hello /sci/,
Could you explain to me why people are willing to go out of their way "to be lazy".
Examples:
Walking an extra 20 feet to the automatic door instead of pushing open the other door.
Waiting an additional 5 minutes instead of going up a flight of stairs.
I'm sure you've observed others. Is it just a habit people get into? Has there ever been a study into this.

the fact that you want to teach me astral projection is pompous and arrogant.

That you say you don't want to fight, but continue to proposition for a fight is hypocritical.
That you say if you were to fight you wouldn't make it unfair is a proclamation of a future choice and promise from someone who is arrogant and hypocritical.

No thanks, you can keep your astral travel kit, mr fog sailsman. I'll stick to paying attention to the present moment since that's where I'm at most of the time anyway, if you don't mind.

Also, you may wish to consult your local psychiatrist...they DO have medication for your neurosis, you know.

ttfn, snake oil sailsman.
