Matter/Anti-Matter

Name: Anonymous 2010-01-22 11:00

If matter were to come into contact with anti-matter, would it destroy our universe?  Does it matter how much content there is of each form of matter?  Why or why not?

scientist already do experiments of that, antimatter is not something that special. a positron and an electron fall into each other and turn into a two equivalents of gamma radiation. total annihilation is out of question, they turn into electromagnetic waves.
