i need help finding downloads of scanned files for this quarters textbooks.

i used /rs/ and came up empty. so if anyone could direct me to a free filehosting search engine that is also registration free (i know a couple, but they're gone now) it could save this anons ass. or if anyone knows a torrent site that specializes in lists of textbooks that would also work.

most important book i am looking for right now is 'College Physics: A Strategic Approach' Randall D. Knight (isbn 9780805306347) - if anyone just happens to have a direct link lying around.

ITT: advice on how to get textbooks for free...

In before SICP.

rapidlibrary.com

or just google the title and add "torrent" or "rapidshare" to your search

gigapedia.org (though that particular one isn't there)

Also, it sounds stupid, but googling the title + "rapidshare" actually works a lot of the time.

gigapedia.org (register, then search in the top right under gigapedia, not google)

If not there, google or torrent search.

If not there, buy it second hand on Amazon.

Also, interlibrary loan might work, though you probably couldn't keep it for a whole semester.

I miss textbooktorrents.com...

http://www.addebook.com

Here's a site i found the other day that looks promising. It had listings for a few books I'd been looking for forever, although the rapidshares were dead

Don't change these.
