Has there been any studies about what is the average or exceptional human sensitivity resolution of voltage and/or amperage?

Can we detect changes in amps at the micro scale?
I'm pretty sure it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to study a human's ability to detect differences on the nano scale.

sorry I should elaborate probably,
If you were to try and study the nano-scale side you'd have to eliminate all the NANO noise in the environment to make sure the test pulse isn't contaminated by transients.
