Where is the best place to download textbooks, especially more obscure ones?

Gigapedia.org.  Don't use the normal search, though.  Sign up for a (free) account and select "gigapedia" instead of "google" in the dropdown that shows up next to the search box.

Also, there are a few huge torrents of random math textbooks.  Search isohunt for "math books"
