The "American" Races

Currently The Americas have a bunch of foreign races living within its boundaries that go from the Europeans to Asians and Africans. The race that came from europe we call it white, european or caucasian/caucasoid. The race that came from Africa we call it black, african or negroid. The race that came from Asia we call it yellow, asian or mongoloid but what's the real color or name of the race of the people native to "The Americas"?

We know mexican, latino or hispanic are not races but a specific cultural region of the americas.
A large percentage of mexicans/latinos/hispanics are hybrids of "native americans" and whites (Spanish), "native americans" and blacks or "blacks and whites". That mix of races is called mestizaje by some people and therefore people of mixed races are considered "a mestizo race" at least in the latin region of the americas. Spaniards had a more complex categorization. "native american" + whites = Mestizo. whites + blacks = mulatos. blacks + "native americans" = Zambo and many other categories.

The question is, what's the actual name of the races of those original "native americans"?

_We can't use the word American the same way we use European, African or Asian to refer to the races coming from there.

_Northern native americans (Lakotas, Kiowa, Comanche, Raramuri) don't look like or have the same style of sedentary culture as central native americans (Aztecs(Meshicas) Purhepecha, Mayans) and these don't look like or have the same culture as southern native americans (Incans, Amazonians).

_The only thing that some northern and central "native americans" have in common is a supposed link between their languages that some people call Uto-Aztecan or Uto-Nahuatl.
