What does raise a matrix to the power of T mean?

I mean, what does the "T" mean in this

if you raise a matrix to a power then its simply the sucessive multiplications of that matrix by it's self as many times as the power is large. However normally "T" doesnt stand for a power but the Transpose of a matrix, every row becomes a coloumn and every coloumn becomes a row
