The roles during the secretion imply, of course, that you are gay.  And everyone you know is also gay.  Go take your secretions to San Francisco, imo.

Nucleus: encodes and transcribes the mRNA
Ribosomes: tranlsate mRNA into protein
Golgi: Forms vesicles containing modifying enzymes that process the enzyme and transport it to the cell surface

Lysosome:  An alternative pathway stemming from the golgi.  Also, various degradative enzymes can be recycled via endocytosis into vesicles if they bind to the mannose-6-phosphate receptor.
