Nucleus: encodes and transcribes the mRNA
Ribosomes: tranlsate mRNA into protein
Golgi: Forms vesicles containing modifying enzymes that process the enzyme and transport it to the cell surface
Lysosome: An alternative pathway stemming from the golgi. Also, various degradative enzymes can be recycled via endocytosis into vesicles if they bind to the mannose-6-phosphate receptor.
