Math, physics, biology, medicine, astronomy, robotics, engineering...
And science jokes, steampunk, cool science pics, gadgets...
Wouldn't that be wonderfull?

/r9k/ already contains threads about science (granted if you can bear to swim past the void of endless relationship threads). So making a /sci/ imageboard here may be a bit pointless.
