Find the ecuation of the circumference:
A(3,2) and B(-1,3) are points of the circumference, and it's centre belongs to the line r: 3x-y-2=0

How do I solve this problem?

make equation for line (chord) AB
make equation for perpendicular bisector (a line) of AB
the center is the intersection point of that bisector and the line 3x-y-2=0.
the radius is the distance from that intersection point to your choice of A or B.
