Can anyone give me a hand with my maths?

Find the general solution of

y" + 6y' + 9y = 0

Hence show that the particular solution that satisfies the conditions

y(0) = 1 and  y'(0) = 2 is given by y =(1+5x)e/\-3x

It's standard, blud. If you haven't been shown the basic method to deal with this type of question then you shouldn't have been set it.

Just substitute y= e^mx
