You do have emotions, the only way you could not have emotions would be freak brain damage and this would likely affect other parts of your brain aswell. Unless you are in wheel chair and unable to form a coherent sentence I doubt you have no emotions. Also bear in mind that the first step to solving a problem is to identify it, if you have already decided you have no emotions then you cannot put any effort into resisting an emotion when you are overwhelmed by one.
