Alright, I have an unknown chemical that reacts with water and Hydro Chloride.
It Hardens in water but dissolevs in Hcl.
What is it?

Calcium? Makes Calcium Hydroxide which is pretty much insoluble but will react with HCl and form CaCl which is soluble.
