Christianity is the worst religion for civilization, since redemption is dependent upon faith, rather than good works, and a lifetime of wickedness can be redeemed by a death-bed conversion.
Oh my GOD! You guys are dense as all hell! You think that Christianity or Catholicism is to blame for the atrocities? No, those are just ideas, ideas (inanimate and intangible) don't kill tangible and animate human beings, people kill people! Take on someone else's idea as your own is at your own peril from that misinterpretation of the basic human conditions come out and destroys the non-believers. The sad state of the human condition is that we don't want to see the simple truths, only the perceived truths that are complex lies with a little bit of truth. It is my firm belief that if we understand this about ourselves we will understand this about other people and thus will gain a greater appreciation and compassion of the relative flexibilities of human nature. This is the basis of my faith. So that it remains flexible, maintains the ability for change and alteration toward communication and cooperation, to perform tasks that include the facilitation of taking care of our physiological needs along with our want of transcendence. Transcendence will not exist until we perform the deeds based from the understandings of what the ego is to us as humans. Human thought is potential, memories are of the tangible past within an intangible framework, the future is potential the present moment the only part that is observable everything else remains as conjecture and speculation from every person's point of view. It will only be true to the person who observes directly. The same goes for belief and faith. You can't fight ignorance you will only end up just as smart. In order to teach one must be willing to learn and be empty of all knowledge. Every instance is seperate, later through imagination, rationalization, reasoning and science we can begin to understand that everything is interconnected and coallesce with each other. There can be no faith without consequence; there can be no science without belief. They are two sides of the same coin, sacrifice one for the other and loose the coin; take advantage of both and take the coin as your own. Profits and Gains, little by little, communication and cooperation, Point of Origin with measurements and belief gets you the ability to progress or regress according to your faith. And everything within the whole of existence and intangibility supports any faith you wish as everything has the potential for anything given time and opportunity. Please, don't take me at my word, perform your experiments, and conjectures and imaginations and rationalizations, but utilize this as a point of reference and see how it applies. Whether it does or doesn't or is completely fruitless will only work to support your faith and your thirst for scientific discovery from observation. Thank you again for your time.
